Chef Anthony from Capra’s Kitchen brought a taste of tradition to the stage at the RC Show at The International Centre. 🍕

His competition pizza kept it beautifully simple: hand-crushed tomatoes, creamy cheese, savory sausage, and earthy oyster mushrooms on perfectly baked dough. Sometimes the best pizzas are the ones that let each ingredient speak for itself.

Class starts at 11am, where students will learn how to make their own Pizzas & Cannolis from scratch, followed by lunch and an opportunity for a meet and greet with Chef Massimo Capra.
