Happy 9th Birthday to my baby! ❤️🎉
I can’t believe you’re 9 years old today. It feels like just yesterday I was holding you in my arms, and now you’re growing into such an amazing little boy. Watching you grow has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.
You make me so proud every single day. You’re smart, FUNNY, caring, and you have the biggest heart. Thank you for filling my life with so much love, laughter, and happiness.

FEBRUARY 14 IS A BITTERSWEET DAY FOR ME. WHILE IT’S MEANT TO CELEBRATE LOVE, IT ALSO MARKS THE BIRTHDAY OF ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE AND NOT HAVING HER HERE MAKES MY HEART ACHE IN A WAY WORDS CAN’T FULLY EXPLAIN.

SHE WAS MY BEST FRIEND, MY SISTER, MY DIARY IN HUMAN FORM. WE ARGUED OVER THE SMALLEST THINGS, BUT BY THE NEXT DAY WE WERE RIGHT BACK TOGETHER LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. YOU RARELY SAW ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER WE DID EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND WENT EVERYWHERE SIDE BY SIDE. THAT BOND WAS PURE LOVE.

I MISS HER MORE THAN I CAN SAY. I WISH SHE HAD THE CHANCE TO MEET MY CHILDREN. EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN’T GET TO KNOW HER IN PERSON, THEY LOVE HER BECAUSE I CARRY HER IN MY HEART AND IN MY STORIES. I MAKE SURE THEY KNOW WHO SHE IS AND HOW SPECIAL SHE WILL ALWAYS BE TO ME.

Happy 32nd Birthday. ❤️

Today, we celebrate you not just your birthday, but you: the incredible woman, wife, mother, and soul you are.

There are so many things I want to say, and I hope I find the right words, because you deserve that and more. Every single day, I wake up grateful that I get to walk through life with you. You are strong, beautiful, kind, funny, resilient, thoughtful, and everything in between.

I watch you with our children the way you love them, protect them, laugh with them, teach them and I am constantly in awe. You are such an amazing mother, and the love and security you give them is something they will carry for the rest of their lives. They adore you. We adore you.

As your partner, I’ve seen you grow year by year, and I just want to say how proud I am of the woman you are becoming. Every step you take, every layer you uncover, every new part of you that blossoms I love it all. And I love you more deeply than words can say.

Dear Me,

I’ve been meaning to write this for a while.
Not to the mom version of me who remembers every appointment, up late when the kids not feeling good or scared of the dark , not the one who packs snacks like a pro, not the one who getting them ready for bed at night and ready for school in the morning ,and runs on mushroom coffee & fruit smoothies.
I’m talking to the woman behind all that.
The me who used to feel confident. Sexy. Free.
The me who didn’t question her worth when she looked in the mirror.
The one who used to walk with her head high, hips swaying, knowing damn well she was that girl.

And I miss her.

Because somewhere between the diapers and the dishes, the school runs and the sleepless nights, I started to forget what it felt like to be me.
Not just “Mom.” But a woman powerful, radiant, desired.
And let’s be real…pregnancy, childbirth, and the daily grind did a number on my body and my confidence.
Stretch marks, weight gain, exhaustion, a foggy sense of self it all piled up.
I stopped feeling sexy.
I stopped feeling seen.
And slowly…I started shrinking inside.

But here’s the thing: I’ve had enough of that.

Because I am still here.
Underneath the yoga pants and top knots is a woman who still deserves to feel beautiful. Deserves to feel herself.
Deserves to feel alive, desired, joyful, and yes sexy as hell.

So this is my turning point.
This is the letter that says: I’m coming back for me.
Not just for a glow up on the outside but for the fire I dimmed on the inside.

I’m reclaiming my confidence.
I’m moving my body, not out of punishment, but because she deserves to feel strong and loved.
I’m nourishing myself mind, body, and soul.
I’m looking in the mirror and reminding myself daily: “You’re still her. Always were.”

Sexy isn’t a dress size. It’s a state of mind. And I’m done waiting for permission to feel that way again.

So watch out, world. Mama’s getting her sexy back and this time, she’s not losing herself to do it.

Dear Me,

I just want to take a moment to remind you of something deeply important something you may forget when life feels heavy or uncertain.

You are beautiful.

Not just on the outside, though your presence radiates more than you probably realize. Your beauty runs deep it’s in your smile, your energy, your warmth, and the way you show up for others. It’s in your kindness, your laughter, your tears, and your resilience. You are a light, and that light is needed in this world.

You are smart.

You may not give yourself enough credit for how much you’ve learned, grown, and overcome. Your mind is sharp, curious, and capable of solving problems in ways others might not see. You have wisdom born not just from books or experiences, but from your soul’s deep understanding of life and people. Trust your mind. Trust your instincts.

You are loving, kind, and caring.

You love with your whole heart. You give freely, even when it’s hard, even when it hurts. The way you care about people is rare and powerful. You make others feel seen, valued, and safe. That is a gift not everyone can offer, and it makes you incredibly special.

Most of all, be patient.

What you’ve been praying for what your heart aches for is already on its way to you. Maybe not in the exact form you imagined, but in a way that’s perfect for your journey. The universe hears your prayers, every single one. Divine timing is real, and just because it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean it’s not happening. Sometimes, the waiting is part of the becoming.

So take a deep breath. Rest when you need to. Keep showing up, being yourself, and leading with love. Everything you desire peace, love, connection, purpose it’s all coming. And when it arrives, it will feel like home.

Until then, don’t forget: You are already enough. More than enough. You are already whole. You are already everything you’ve been searching for.
