the difference in flavor + aroma that freshly milled flour has is immense. this batch is a blend of @groundupgrain flours at various extractions (sifted to remove some bran and germ, but not all) and it’s feeling and smelling really nice 😊. excited to share it tmmrw @longviewciderhouse. should still be some tickets left. 💕
