Another hell of a week of fishing down in the books before offshore fishing season slows down, ups and downs and lots of freezer space taken up. Started off with a few trips bottom fishing scoring many GIANT “endangered “ Red Snapper we safely released along with some large AJs, RedGrouper, Blackfin, Mutton snapper and more. We shifted gears and went deep and caught a GORGEOUS SwordFish and a box of mahi mahi, we released the swordfish due to having a double up on the bouy rod and wanting to get to the larger fish, unfortunately we lost that fish and battled through a 53 mile run with a big storm that we couldn’t avoid, we ultimately got home safely. Well , that’s a wrap on spring time fishing! Here’s another trophy Jack from a month ago, these fish are incredible fighters and are extremely beginner friendly, if you’re looking to catch big fish and don’t have much experience these Jacks will become your best friend! Now Onto summer patterns, I’ve got a few available dates that are going very very fast in June and July. If you’d like a date to fish I highly recommend picking a date out in advance because I do not have much availability. Big Snook, Tarpon, Cubera, Permit, Grouper, Snapper , Mahi, Sailfish and more! Red Snapper season is booked for the first two days but I have time slots afterwards! Book dates now to have flexible schedules with prime weather! 3 person limit on the boat and 1100 + fuel.
