Another cast net video loading up on ballyhoo in the chum slick. 🎣

Ballyhoo will show up almost anywhere you put out a good chum slick—from the beach all the way to the edge of the reef. Fresh or live ballyhoo is hands down my favorite bait for mutton snapper. by @capt.matthewlogman

This is the second time on the same boat that a fish somehow breaks the jig off the assist hook. When vertical jigging it’s extremely important to tie the jig on properly, always to the solid ring. Another great trip fishing on the contender. LETS GO FISHING!!! by @capt.matthewlogman
