Be the Disco Ball, use your sparkle to spread light to others, feel and process the darker parts in between the cracks. You’re beautiful. SL☯️SL

RUDE BOI by @capt_disco

31 ✨💗 We Belong Here was a dream. Spent the weekend on the beach with homies both old and new. We ate lobster benedicts, drank strawberry kiwi beatboxes, enjoyed sunsets, saw GRiZ rainbows and called dubstep. by @capt_disco

Valley of the Seven Stars. The return of our lord and savior, @griz. The plur was alive, all of us buzzing with the excitement of seeing our favorite artist, sharing that, connecting through it, and loving each other because of it. The vibes were immaculate and intentional. This was the first festival I was blessed with Polish food at! We got to tie-dye shirts, trade pins, run into Forest Fam, go to the moon. There was a chasing golden hour set with the most sensational sunset, that cracked me open and healed me at the same time. There were intimate moments shared with GRiZ. There were glitter lasers on day 3. So many amazing memories. So many friends gained along the way. The most incredible beings. Show love, spread love fam 🫶🏼 and in the words of @subtronics “everyone say thank you @griz “ by @capt_disco

Metamorphosis 2025. A sweet reminder that on the other side of that comfortable cocoon you are a beautiful butterfly 🦋 by @capt_disco

As the clock struck midnight and 2025 turned into 2026, I joked with friends about being captain disco. A statement spoken because of an outfit but after some time to reflect, I realized it’s more of a mantra. A name that encapsulates who I am, what I’m made of and what I have to offer to the world.

My friends taught me that we are all disco balls. They hold mirrors to the parts of me that are easily forgotten in the shadows of the dark parts. They bend and reflect the light back into me and remind me of my own bad assery. I hope to continue reflecting that light to others. Be the disco ball. Share the light. See you soon rave fam - Capt.
