@captainspizzacompany is officially open!!! 🍕 find this pizza food truck located in the back patio of @thefaroutaustin for some great beer, live music, and unreal food - the most perfect summer spot in ATX 🙌 by @captainspizzacompany
@captainspizzacompany is special to me for two reasons: 1. The pizza is INCREDIBLE. This is the best Neapolitan pizza I’ve had in Austin to date. 🍕 2. They support local rescue dogs by fostering and finding them good homes, like @adoptsimbaatx. My dog Moe, a rescue dog who was originally found in a dumpster, passed away earlier this year at 13 years old and 2 months ago — I found our newest dog Poof walking in the middle of the road covered in matts and fleas. With so many dogs needing good, loving homes here in the Austin area, I LOVE that Captain’s was founded with this mission (they’re named after their first foster who was recently adopted, Captain! 🫶) They just opened last month and were started by 3 guys who quit their desk jobs to make pizza and support rescue dogs. So let’s support them. ❤️ What we got: 1. 12” half hot honey half margarita pizza 2. Burrata sandwich 3. Banana Nutella sandwich 4. Lots of Simba kisses ❤️ If you’re interested in adopting Simba head to @adoptsimbaatx or @captainspizzacompany to learn more about— and please go check out Captain’s located at Far Out Lounge and get an AMAZING pie 🍕🍕🍕 by @captainspizzacompany
Happy Halloween from our Chief Good Girl, Miss Scooby Doo (AKA Rhonda, AKA #24291 at @austinanimalservices) 🎃 We get stopped on the street ALL THE TIME by people pointing out how much Rhonda looks like Scooby Doo, so there was no way we could skip this opportunity! Learn more about Rhonda through her profile at austintexas.gov/animal-services and adopt.adopets.com/shelter/austin-animal-center by @captainspizzacompany
