We fished the 12th Annual Hooked Up For TaTa’s Fishing Tournament yesterday. The wifey and I fish this event every year and it’s a blast! This year Todd and Ethan joined us. We fished hard and gave it our all. We caught tons of fish going thru 300 shrimp but we could not catch a descent slot Redfish. We caught Redfish, Black Drum, Snook and Flounder with a mixture of junk fish. In all it was a lot of fun! Ethan got to catch his first Redfish. Hats off to the coordinators and sponsors the tourney was well organized! We’re already looking forward to next year 🤙🏼🎣#hookedupfortatas #crystalriver #fishing #redfish taken in Crystal River, Florida by @captfishnfinatic

Today was a great day! We absolutely crushed the redfish today! We fished the Down South Lures tourney today and was non stop for 2-3hrs this morning with upper slots and big bull redfish in the mix. Then later in the afternoon we found another school that had some bigger redfish that we picked up some more. We finished 1st place with 23.04lbs. We couldn’t have asked for a better day of fishing and spending it with some good friends Michael and Terry! 🏆🎣 Let’s go fellas! 🤙🏼#redfish #tampabayfishing by @captfishnfinatic

Tristen surprised us with a trip home before heading to his new location. Thanks to my brother for picking him up and dropping him off. We spent half a day fishing on Sunday caught a lot of fish, lost couple big Snook, Sharks and struggled finding some bigger Redfish. In all we kept the rods bent! Now he is on his way to start his new chapter in life and we couldn’t be more proud of him! Let’s go T! 💙 #uscg #redfish #snook #shark #travel taken in Crystal River, Florida by @captfishnfinatic

There are no words for the pride we feel watching our son graduate from United States Coast Guard boot camp earned multiple awards, squad leader and surprising us on the Drill team (he killed it too!). Every challenge, every sacrifice, every moment led to this incredible achievement. Our heart is overflowing with pride and love. We are excited about his new chapter in life! #uscg taken in Cape May, New Jersey by @captfishnfinatic
