I’ve waited patiently for this one right here, @errolholden_’s “Mulberry Silk Road” releases in September of last year and easily became a top 3 contender in my opinion

With most of the production handled by @2000.souls_ the story telling and writing is immaculate. Tracks like Live from fci, Brazilian butt lifts, rod lavers and the opening visvim vandal ???

Pure Technical lyricism and if you a fan of rap you’d understand why this was co-signed heavy by no other than ROC Marci

Exclusively from @wearenearmint

It’s here, patiently waited for this and lived up to all the excitement and everything I thought it would have been and more, exceeding far beyond what my thoughts can comprehend

@cobratoof x @sebb_bash “I Guess U had to be there” a prime example of what I believe to be a masterpiece. With a bonus EP “48 hours” included …this easily moved up the list in my Favorite E L U C I D. projects due to production and feeling on this ALONE

The Erie uncomfortable pleasant baseline and chime samples on Make me Wise, Coonspeak, the hidden cartoon sounds in Cantata, the Tic-Tac flow in the second half of alive herbals

Might be my album of the year so far ….

Marciology, The 9th released from the godfather @rocmarci released in 2024, continuing to add classics to the catalog he already has … producing about 60% of the album himself with a few joints from @alanthechemist & @animoss

Gold crossbow, Goyard god, tapeworm and leflair a few of my favorites

A special toxic green press with the OBI

Ahhh Mann … This shit right here mean something to me mannnn… one of my favorite artist @lancey release “TTOOL” (The Time of our Lives) and to me personally is his most sonically impressive and if not his best body of work to date

Flawless production, cohesive transitions, and bro is rapping his ass off on this shit… good to hear bro is back in his bag the way we KNOW him to be …

From Friend or Foux to this ??? If you haven’t please take a listen … from the melodies to attacking every possible style he can while keeping it true to his roots

10/10 across the boards to me … the album literally@makes you feel like he does on the cover art 💎

Tracks Like Body, Who do You Love, Wait For The Sun, the fan favorite Porsche Poet & My favorite song A Whole Lot !!!!

PURE HEAT !!!

P.S DROP THOSE AMERICA TOUR DATES

I have nothing and so much to say, an album that completely surpassed any expectations of what I thought could be … a complete mind blowing experience … legit waiting 13 years for this and you can HEAR the time that was put into project

From the moment the VHS tapes started appearing and the electronic/ambient community went into a frenzy I knew exactly what was about to happen… I still haven’t fully digested this body of work yet

From introit to the world becomes flesh (which was featured in the backrooms movie the first half of the album is perfect to me … the amount of emotion you feel from this is insane

Inferno featured a 16 page booklet of art, Secret Flexi disc and pressed on 2 fire red records

This albumand @boardsofcanada taught me you really do get better with time … these guys are 50+ and have yet to miss a fuckin beat … thank you for this inspo

Finally … after years of listening to this album on YouTube we finally got a repress of @yasiinbey’s “The Ecstatic” I remember being in highschool I torrented this shit back in the day along with many other albums haha

One of my favorite emcees that always remind me of home every time I hear a verse… Brooklyns own

We’ve came so far … tracks like priority, quiet dog bite hard, and of course the @madlib produced auditorium pure standouts for me

Released in 2022 Hands down one of my holy grails and literally a pair of the most important records in my collection, These lyrics hit extremely different when your from the same Brooklyn streets Ka was raised in

I shouldn’t have to say much, I don’t want to say much simply because of how the music itself makes me feel … Extremely grateful to have “Language Arts & Woeful Studies” in my arsenal

Tracks like Ascension, the perspective given on forgive me, I’m tired and the second half of pure emotion on Eat

The 1983 Debut album by the legends @metallica “Kill em All” Serves as one of the bibles when it comes to thrash metal … with the OG lineup (before mustane) of Kurt, James, Lars and the legendary Cliff fuckin Burton

Gone way too soon, leaving us with impactful written bass parts like pulling teeth, Whiplash, Seek and destroy & my fav one of here motorbreath !!

Laced with fast riffs, heavy drums and elite songwriting, a favorite out of Metallicas extensive catalog
