Their sound stopped The Lord in His tracks, after their efforts of calling out to Him, He then called out to them and asked them what their requests were.

These men could have asked for anything in that moment, but they asked for what they actually needed. They asked for Him to touch an area that plagued them for a long time

Because of their desperation and specific request, Jesus was moved with compassion (sympathetic consciousness of others' distress together with a desire to alleviate it)
There are miracles The Lord performed that may have taken time to manifest, in this case, they immediately regained their sight.
