Meet the face behind the phone!

My name is Taylor Fine (soon to be Taylor Crawford😎) and content creation is my passion. Capturing small moments and details is my expertise, and working in the wedding industry is where I feel like my most authentic self.

After graduating from Pepperdine University in the Spring of 2023, I had no idea what I wanted to do and like many other recent grads…I was struggling to find a job. My family friend, John Schnack, brought me along to shoot BTS for his wedding photography business and I fell in love with the wedding industry.

Fast forward a few months and Parker proposed to me on a surprise trip to Tulum. Then we got to planning and sourcing vendors for our own wedding which has been such a fun experience. Of course, this process only made me love the wedding industry even more than I did, but this time I decided to take action.

I combined my love for creating highlight reels of my trips and the wedding industry by creating Captured by Crawford. What started as a fun way to recap experiences and re-live each moment all over again turned into a small business which I continue to pursue in my free time. While I do still work in an office from 9-5 (Queue: 9-5 by Dolly Parton), which has nothing to do with social media by the way, I am constantly daydreaming about what this could grow into. While I’m trying to grow this daydream, I’m also working as an associate for another San Diego Content Creator which has been an incredible experience.

While content creation is a new vendor to the wedding industry, we are here to stay! In my opinion, a content creator is a great addition to a photographer and videographer because we capture those small moments and details that may otherwise be forgotten. If you are looking to hire a content creator for your wedding or event, I cannot wait to connect with you! Unpopular opinion: If a videographer is not for you, a content creator may be the perfect solution to still get video documentation of your wedding or event.

I can’t believe there’s only 4 more months until we get married @parker_crwfd!!🥹 6 years later, and it feels like it was just yesterday that I was ignoring you in Sophomore English class.

One of my favorite parts about being a content creator is looking back through all photos and videos from the day and re-living each moment all over again…🥹 by @capturedbycrawford
