I love collaborating with another person to create images with meaning. I enjoy human connection and portraying that through emotive & atmospheric aesthetics.

Part 2 (butterfly/transformation shoot). Exploring more freedom; aligning ourselves to better situations, and seeing ourselves in a new light. The transformation process continues. Love when the warm golden glow of the sun illuminates my model 🌞 How do you feel about these images?

I notice stories in the fleeting moments. Themes of generational differences, contemplation, distraction, posture, stillness and movement.

It may be muted right now... the colours of your life. It may refuse to come back at this moment. Perhaps by patiently waiting, delicately balancing on a fine line, an ultimate richness will be revealed. Who knows? But let us try to make something from the grey, let us know it's not in vain. Afterall, life is just a wheel, right? ~ my musings

Exploring the Southbank in London on a gloomy February day. I edited these to emphasise the mood. Snapped on a manual f1. 4 fixed 35mm lens; my first time using it outdoors.

Part Four
▪️
Every photoshoot teaches me something.
This was our fourth time creating together, and what I enjoy most is how much room there is to experiment. We never arrive with the expectation of creating one specific look; we simply explore. Sometimes that leads to gentle, joyful moments, other times to portraits that feel confident, expressive, or quietly powerful.
▪️
Those unexpected moments often become my favourite images.
What mood do you prefer, playful or powerful? 🍂✨

Part 3
▪️
For this autumn shoot we played with changing light, seasonal colours, carefully chosen props, and a mix of playful, thoughtful, and confident poses to create a collection of portraits that each carry their own atmosphere.
▪️
It's always rewarding when one afternoon can produce so many completely different moods.
Which frame feels most powerful to you?🎞️🍂🍁

Part 2.
▪️
With every session, she's become a little more comfortable stepping in front of the camera, trying new ideas, trusting the process, and embracing different sides of herself. This autumn shoot gave us the chance to explore everything from soft, natural moments to stronger, more confident portraits.
▪️
Photography isn't just about documenting a person; sometimes it's about helping them see themselves a little differently.
If this carousel had a title, what would it be? 🍁

Part 1 of 4
▪️
This autumn session was all about developing our skills & pushing boundaries by experimenting; different lighting, different props, different poses, and different moods. Some moments felt soft and playful, others a little bolder and more cinematic, but each one tells a different part of the same story.
▪️
One of my favourite things about portrait photography is creating a space where someone can simply explore who they are in front of the camera.

Which images speak to you most? 🍂

Somewhere between curious and guarded. Mostly; a consciousness of falling behind.

Part 3 of 3, (taken in 2025)
Using shutter speed to influence the theme of prioritising playfulness. Not always getting the desired outcome (out of focus shots, hello? But maybe there's something exquisite in the unplanned... )
That wraps up this series ☺️📷 I had fun but it was hard work w/o a remote shutter at the time 😅 lesson learned!📖 Curious to hear your thoughts?

Part 2 of 3(taken in 2025)
"I'm a million different people from one day to the next..."
▪️
Exploring expressions and poses surrounding my identity. The sides I show vs the ones I'm still processing. It can be exhausting trying to be everything to everyone all at once whilst trying to honour what's really 'me' underneath the layers.
Anyone relate? 💭

Part 1 of 3(taken in 2025)
▪️
Movement paired with stillness; softness paired with strength.
▪️
I was exploring (through self portraits); what it would be like to show up as a different version of myself, one who steps into her femininity, grace and whimsy but remains powerful and confident.
▪️
What do you feel about this set? 💭
