Capturism Studio is a conception dedicated to photography, image, and visual culture.

Designed by the founder herself as a continuous spatial narrative, the studio brings together the photography studios, inspiration gallery, and the coffee as interconnected spaces, created to dialogue with one another and to offer different chapters of an experience.

Each zone is composed to converse with the others, while also offering moments of introspection and reflection. The architecture encourages circulation rather than division, allowing images, people, and ideas to move freely through the space — while the interiors remain deliberately restrained, acting as a visual blank canvas where reflects echo presences, and gently return the gaze to oneself.

Capturism is attuned to multiple rhythms. Alongside image and space, sound and scent are curated as part of the experience — with musical genres shifting throughout the day and fragrances selected to linger those temporal moods. These elements are not atmospheric accessories, but tools that shape perception and presence.

The studio welcomes moments of pause and intensity alike: a portrait captured, a book opened, a coffee shared, a book opened.

Our first location in Paris, Saint-Germain-des-Prés is a state of mind : this historic crossroad has long attracted thinkers, creators, and collectors. From café conversations that shaped ideas to quiet streets where works are conceived rather than displayed, Saint-Germain has always favored depth over spectacle. An environment defined by those who observe, interpret, and transform reality, giving a distinct place to artistic practices, including photography.

A father photographs his son. The son’s body appears larger than the landscape behind him. Not as a technical trick, but as an emotional truth. To @kostromin , his son Theodor is as great as the world. Or rather, his son is the world and god to him.

    We are opening the exhibition THEOS, a personal series by photographer Alex Kostromin, and our inaugural studio + artist collaboration.

    During the vernissage, Capturism translates Kostromin's visual signature through the series directly into our studio system.

    We warmly invite you to step into his exhibition, play with your own scale of perspective at the studio, and leave with your very version of his work at @capturism.flagship .
