As a life-long performer/actor/show pony, when @inspyralcircus brought me on board, I knew it was an instant fit.

Grateful for all the magical events they’ve blessed me with and all the unforgettable moments interacting with our guests & collaborating with so many amazing artists.

Keep creating magic! Keep creating art!! Keep supporting your people right now.

Oklahoma Fall Arts Institute 2026 💚
Almost 20 years later, my creative soul returned to the location of my life’s greatest catalyst for artistry. This time, instead of acting, I practiced sculpture with the most amazing humans. Everyone I encountered changed my perspective for the better, taught me new ways of teaching, renewed my love of simply creating, and embraced the power of the unknown. Arts teachers of all disciplines are the reason I am who I am today. Beyond grateful to work alongside them as we recharged our passions in the most magical place. How marvelous it is to be in the position to offer a glimpse into the power of art for our younger generation. More footage of this amazing weekend to share!! Back to the classroom I go. 🤩

Whatever you do… just keep creating.

My precious Zippy goes everywhere with me & middle school art education is no different. I’ll share my students artwork soon, but I’m a little emotional at how I convinced them to do still life drawings AND blind contour drawings of my green mannequin. One student googled me unexpectedly and goes, “OMG, Ms. Cox! Zippy is famous and so are you!!” Do I agree? Not really, but I don’t see it like that. I see my students understanding that art is everywhere by finding that. Art is needed. Art is what keeps our hearts alive when the world loses hope. Am I the perfect teacher? No, but I’m trying to be the adult these children need. The one that shows up everyday believing in them and letting them know they matter. Don’t give up on public education and please support your teacher friends!!
Love you all. 💚💚💚 by @caracoxcreative

Feeling so loved today and grateful for another year around the sun. Enjoy these beautiful flowers from Logan in my paternal grandmother’s crystal vase. Grandma Artie comes to me in dreams often even though she passed in the late 1950’s. Super special to be keeping her memory alive while making new ones. Thank you to everyone who reached out today. Life is so precious & beautiful. 💚🫶🏼💚🥹🦋🥰 by @caracoxcreative
