The Coachella of wellness, year 2!
@eudemoniasummit — where researchers, professors, athletes, and functional medicine doctors are the rock stars of this show. As so many of us look for ways to “optimize” and navigate what’s next, they brought together the people we genuinely trust and gave us rare, up-close access.

Major congrats to the talent and programming teams — a three-day festival is no small feat. There were real enhancements from year 1, and I of course I have thoughts on where they can keep building from here.

Recently, we had the privilege to travel to the magic little kingdom of #Bhutan 🇧🇹way up in the Himalayas, nestled between Nepal, India and Tibet. From the dramatic flight through the mountains arriving in Paro, to the breathtaking Punakah valley, the temples, dzongs, and of course the famous hike up to the cliff hanging Tigers Nest Monestary, it was a walk back in time. I was struck by the quiet, pristine, green hills, along with the most beautiful, contented and welcoming people. Untouched in many ways by the ills of over tourism, pollution, corruption. When Sylvia and Joe made it to Costa Rica…Nosara did its magic. Maybe it was the tide pools or the coffee scrub, salt water swims, or just walking to the beach every day on the rocky, uneven paths, they rediscovered the strength they always had, and confidence that had dwindled. At 94 and nearly 90, and on the eve of their 70th wedding anniversary, they showed all of us what real longevity looks like. taken in Playa Guiones by @carakleinhaut
