📍 Omaha, Nebraska: the “boring small town” that stole my big city heart! So much has changed since I decided to try out small city living and moved here 10 years ago — new businesses, exciting local developments, and a Downtown that has come to life!

If Omaha is on your radar, let’s talk. From trusted local contractors to the top new restaurants — I know this city like the back of my hand and love helping people land here well.

DM me and let’s find your place in it. ♥️

Life hack: you bought that rowhome in Elmwood Park 🌳

It’s true, we’ve only got ONE left at Elmwood Rows. And just reduced the price $10k!! 😍🍁 This is the only rowhome that comes with the option for a private yard, too. Your dog will (and future resale) will love you.

Comment “ELMWOOD” or DM me for more info on living the rowhome life!

This Dundee home isn’t for everyone — but for the right buyer, it’s THE one. 💎

Same owners for 30 years. No central air/heat and expect updates ahead, but the bones & incredible location are already here. This house is truly a gem. Bring your vision!

🛏 5 Bed
🛁 3 Bath
🚗 2-Car Garage
📐 3,090 SqFt
💰 $465,000

🪵 Original 1921 hardwood floors
🔥 25’ living room anchored by a fireplace — made for winter nights & full-house holidays
☀️ Sunroom and front porch ready to become your fav reading spot, plant haven, or morning coffee spot!
🏰 A third-floor bedroom and full bathroom + sitting room retreat — the kind of hideaway you only find in homes this age
🌳 One block to Memorial & Elmwood Parks — the rose garden, the sledding hill & miles of walking paths

Imagine weekends here: coffee in the sunroom, a walk through the Memorial Park rose garden, a loop past UNO & back home to sketch out exactly what this house becomes next. A little vision in exchange for a lot of character, in one of Omaha’s best locations. It’s worth it.

📲 Comment DUNDEE or DM me for details.

Happy official fall, y’all. 😌🍁

Fall might be my favorite season — sweater weather, the leaves and so many incredible colors. Nature really shows off this time of year in Omaha! We didn’t get fall seasons like this in Texas, and I just love seeing it happen again and again.

Here are a few of my favorites for the fall season (and yes, technically we have one in Iowa! 😉). I’d love to know your go-to spots so we can all find some new places to enjoy this colorful season. Share below!👇 🍁🎃🍂
