Huge thanks to the fabulous @leejamesonphoto for making me feel so at ease during this shoot a few weeks ago. I’m usually far more comfortable behind the camera so she had her work cut out for her but she made me feel like a million bucks. Definitely hit her up if you want some rad, stylish shots! 📸💁‍♀️🖤 #Repost @leejamesonphoto

"Producing immersive content is both thrilling and challenging. When you're working at the cutting edge of technology or experiential, there is frequently no roadmap. Each day brings a new creative problem to solve and that's what I love about it."

Thanks, everyone for the Birthday wishes! I spent the day with a lovely group of humans doing a bunch of great escape rooms and having awesome Tiki drinks and dinner after. Shout out to @julianamariemoreno @willygrimm @tammymcleodpuzzler Ricky and David for joining in the madness and an extra big shout out to @_dellamorte_dellamore for bullying me into this plan to begin with. Thank you 🖤. A big thank you also to @christinebargerofficial at @exitgameoc for all the delightful birthday related Easter eggs you hid in the rooms. That was so sweet! by @caramandel

I know he portrayed many other incredible roles in his career, of which I am also a huge fan, but for me, my deepest connection to Tim Curry will always be as Dr Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. As a teenager, I found my way to the fellow misfits of an RHPS “shadow cast” in the valley. I worked my way up from one of the Transylvanians until I finally got the chance to step into the bedazzled heels of my idol and inhabit the role. It was a dream come true. I spent countless hours re-watching my RHPS VHS tape, analyzing his every move, gesture, facial expression. Over a decade later I would get to work as part of the special features content producing team on the 35th anniversary Blu-ray Release and travel the world casting performers and directing the live stage show production. The amount of time I’ve spent staring at this man and idolizing him over my whole life cannot be overstated. I attended speaking engagements of his, saw him sing jazz tunes, watched him perform live in a show with Eddie Izzard. I just love this man. He was one of the most talented, sophisticated, and deeply funny humans to grace our screens and enrich our lives. He will be forever missed and I’m just so grateful to have witnessed his talents firsthand. Rest in peace, Tim. You were one of a kind. 💔 4711 by @caramandel

What’s better than learning to read tarot cards? Learning to read them alongside a famous tarot reading guinea pig! The WMA had a blast last week learning the art of tarot reading from @daily.belle and were even treated to our own private show from the one and only @thegeniepig! Thanks to @christineleecirque for hosting us! #womenmagiciansassociation by @caramandel

Going to @awe.xr was such a lovely experience. Got to reunite with my friends and colleagues from both @microsoft and @meta and see so many pals from across the XR industry. (Some of whom I got to meet in person for the very first time after working together virtually for years!) So good to see you all and so inspired by all the amazing work you’re doing! My whole life I have casually identified as, “Half Canadian.” When Canada changed their laws this year around citizenship by lineage, I thought it might be nice to make it official and began the process of applying for my proof of citizenship. I was approved and, as of today, I am a certified Canadian citizen in addition to being an American. I feel like I should celebrate with some poutine or at least a hockey game. 🇨🇦🇺🇸🍁🏒 by @caramandel

LA Friends! If you haven’t already, you still have a chance to catch @brassrootsdistrict. It’s a 70’s funk concert with an immersive narrative woven in throughout the evening. We had a great time and I was clearly feeling my look for the night! 😂✌️ taken in Catch One by @caramandel
