July 1st ✈️🫶

A new month,A fresh page and the second half of the year.

If there’s one thing life has taught me, it’s that the life you’re praying for won’t always make sense while you’re building it.

Keep showing up. ✅
Keep believing. ✅
Keep taking the opportunities that scare you. ✅

The little steps you take today have a way of becoming the moments you once only dreamed about.

As I looked across at my daughter, holding her as we looked out of that window, I couldn’t help but smile.

My promise to her is simple I’ll keep showing her the world.

Not just the destinations, but the experiences, the lessons, and the moments in between.

Because I want her to grow up knowing that life is bigger than what you see in one place.

Here’s to dreaming bigger, working harder, trusting God’s timing and making July a month we’ll be proud of.

What’s one thing you’re believing for this month?

My Darling Baby K,

From the very beginning, I’ve dreamt of a life for you where you follow your own path. I want you to grow up bold in your decisions, thinking for yourself, and leading with the courage and wisdom you already carry.

You don’t need to be “strong” all the time, just know that strength comes in many forms, and it’s okay to feel, to fall, and to cry.

I hope you grow up knowing that women are each other’s biggest cheerleaders, and that your dreams are yours to chase without fear.

You are a strong, incredible Black princess, and your place in this world is not just important it is vital.

One day, you will walk into rooms meant for you, challenge the beliefs that were never meant to hold you back, and shine in ways only you can.

I pray you grow up in a world more peaceful than the one we have now, and that you always walk with confidence, love, and pride.

Remember, your voice matters, your heart matters, and you are capable of anything you set your mind to. Until then, I’ll be here cheering you on, loving you fiercely, and reminding you always that you are enough always.

With all my love and every bone in my body
Mama Xoxo

🌍✨ I didn’t leave my high-paying corporate IT career because it was hard. In fact, it’s my proudest accomplishment to date.

But it wasn’t until I started my TRAVEL business that I truly realised how much I craved time freedom and to spend more meaningful moments with my daughter 👩‍👧 without missing any moments or needing to hire childminders.

We’re often taught that success only comes from the 9 to 5 grind, but that’s simply not true.

My travel business opened my eyes to what could be making money while having access to the freedom I didn’t have before.

So I made the leap.
I left the 9 to 5 behind to build a life aligned with my values, where I can be fully present for my daughter and help others experience the same.

This isn’t just a career change, it’s a lifestyle shift, driven by love, purpose, and freedom.

So here’s to working on my own terms whilst being fully present for my Family💫

BYE BYE CORPORATE WORLD 🌎

If you’re craving more, more time, more freedom, more purpose this is your sign: it’s possible. 💫

For @en_steak Birmingham’s 3rd birthday, I was invited down to celebrate and try the new 1.2kg sharing platter they’ve introduced for the festive season and for group dining. 🥩✨

I loved the idea of having different cuts in the middle of the table and everyone trying a bit of everything instead of just sticking to their own plate.

The T-bone was definitely my favourite, and everything had that deep flavour you get from being cooked over charcoal.

The whole board made dinner feel much more social passing things around, comparing favourites and actually having a proper conversation over the food.

It was such a beautiful evening and considering EN is already my favourite steakhouse in Birmingham, I loved getting to try something completely new from them.

I’ll definitely be coming back for this one with my family.

If you’re looking for somewhere in Birmingham for a Christmas catch-up, work dinner or group meal, this independent steakhouse in The Mailbox is worth having on your list. 🎄

AD | Four back-to-back holidays and not nearly enough SPF… my skin was PAYING for it 😭☀️

So when @influenceable_ approached me to try microneedling, the timing couldn’t have been better.

My skin needed some serious attention and I was more than ready to get my glow back.

I’ll admit though, I was nervous.

I’d seen people after microneedling looking bruised and sore and I genuinely did not want that to be me 😂

But my aesthetician made me feel completely at ease and, surprisingly, it wasn’t painful at all.

No horror story, no battered face and I loved how well my skin handled it.

Safe to say this wasn’t a one-off…

microneedling has officially made it into my monthly self-care routine.

A first look at Birmingham’s newest Japanese restaurant 🇯🇵🍣

I got to preview @kibou_restaurants ahead of their official opening on 12th October and I have to say the nigiri did a LOT for me 😮‍💨

Beautiful interiors, great energy and plenty on the menu I already know I need to go back for.

A very welcome addition to Birmingham’s food scene.

@kibou_restaurants opens its doors 12th October.

Thank you for the invite @therelationship.co

We’re so quick to decide something “isn’t working” when it isn’t working yet.

We talk ourselves out of opportunities.
We stop showing up when results take longer than expected. Sometimes, we simply forget what we said we wanted.

There’s power in continuing.
In learning,
adapting,
trying something new

and knocking on another door when the last one closes.

Don’t keep yourself small because the bigger version of your life requires you to do something you haven’t done before.‼️‼️‼️‼️

Not every opportunity will work.

But you’ll never know what was possible if you keep quitting before you give yourself a real chance.

A Wednesday afternoon with Jason Momoa @prideofgypsies was definitely not on my 2026 bingo card 😭

When I started taking content creation seriously, I never imagined it would put me in rooms like this.

Proper pinch-me moment, thank you @deliciouspr_ for moments like this.

I’ve got SO much to tell you Reel coming soon 📽️
