Before Bravenly, grabbing an Alani or Monster when I needed energy was just my normal. But I could only drink about a third to half before I started feeling jittery and anxious.

Did it wake me up? Yes. But feeling tired and anxious at the same time wasn’t exactly the goal. 🥴

Since switching to Bravenly Rush, I haven’t experienced that same jittery feeling or the crash I used to get. For me, it’s been a much better fit for those days when I need a little extra energy. 🤍 by @cardi.gate

My favorite skincare and you can get it all from Amazon.

The best way to start is to start small and see if you and your skin like the new product(s).

When putting on products for skincare remember you want to start with the lightest/thinnest product first and make your way to moisturizer at the end.

One year a go I partnered with bravenly. When I joined I had a lot of self doubt that it wasn’t going to work for me like it has for others. Just simply bc that’s how it happened for me in the past.

But when I was talking to Bri she’s like girl it’s so different here!! Like you just need your hands on these products..bc they ACTUALLY work!

So I did it. I joined. And I’m not going to lie to you it is so genuine here. Not fake, no fake people, no fake goals, no fake products. And when I tell you the ceo is one of the most genuine people. The people here are so real and they truly want to see you win here.

Somewhere along the way, I realized I had started accepting things I didn’t want to accept.

Feeling bloated and uncomfy in my own skin.

Telling myself it was just part of getting older.

Putting everyone else first and ignoring what my own body was trying to tell me.

I wasn’t looking for a miracle.

I was just looking for simple ways to start taking better care of myself.

That’s one of the reasons Gold became part of my daily routine.
