Another week that didn't walk 'together', instead we walked together in spirit, again 💗

A huge thanks to everyone who sent through their photos and videos, it feels like we've travelled around the world with you 🙌🏽 Check out some more of the beautiful places we walked - you'll want to watch this one to the end:) ✨🌍🌸

And the best part? Our Tuesday walks are officially back next week, Tues, Aug 18 in Dubai. We'll see you there!

Feel free to join and share our walk journey: share your own walk pic/video and tag us! Make sure you're following @pauseconnectdxb, so we can see what you're up to :)

We didn't walk together this week. We walked together in spirit 🩷

Mountain trails, home streets, the mall — wherever this community landed these holidays, the walk ritual came with us.

Same women, just further apart on the map. Check out some of the beautiful places we walked ✨🌳🌸

Feel free to join and share our walk journey: share your own walk pic/video and tag us! Make sure you're following @pauseconnectdxb, so we can see what you're up to:)

We danced. We laughed. We had matcha & cake. 🎂🎶

Yesterday's Zumba morning was one for the books — high energy, beautiful women, and the best kind of morning🤩 Thank you to Maggie from @cardioharmony for an unforgettable dance session, and a huge thanks to @costacoffeeuae for hosting the post-Zumba wind-down at their Dubai Creek Beach location, the sweetest send-off☕🥛🍪🥰

This is community, this is everything ✨

So grateful for the opportunity to bring my Zumba flow to the @pauseconnectdxb community. A huge shout-out to these two amazing women for creating such a beautiful space and for trusting me to be a part of it. Thanks to those who showed up for the walk this week! It was a busy week for all: sports days and the start of Ramadan - still appreciate those of you who could make it. We discovered the beautiful new Jumeirah 1 walking track together, what a lovely location!

Also, biggest surprise to run into an old friend after MANY years completely by coincidence! Gives another meaning to 'right time and right place'😂
@mixedupinmakeup

See you at the next one, we'll be back at Dubai Creek Harbour on Feb 24th💕
