It’s safe to say the past two weeks have been quite the whirlwind; launching @careeringapp with @bishboshjames and being surrounded by so many incredible people as we danced away at 8:30am at @guinnessbreweryldn to mark the moment.

Grateful to the Guinness Vaults team, alongside @adobeuk and @linkedin for helping us bring our disco dreams to life 🪩💕

And now as I lay here on the sofa on a Sunday evening thinking about the weeks that lie ahead; there is SO much graft to do. We launch our first group programme, The Possibility Project, later this month (on sale from next week) and I’ve got a couple of mega meetings lined up as well as lots of ideas to engage the incredible coaches we’re so bloody proud to have on the platform.

Buzzing to be building a business, and designing a career, that helps banish any Sunday scaries 👩🏼‍💻

Crying, screaming, throwing up!

WOW. What the hell just happened?

It's official: @careeringapp is live, and we got to celebrate with a morning disco at @guinnessbreweryldn.

The overwhelming feedback focused on how friendly everyone was and the energy in the room, and I couldn’t be prouder to bring almost 300 people together for a boogie.

Full debrief and details to come….👀

So, what actually IS Careering? 👀

Glad you asked.

We’re here to help you take your career off autopilot and start designing it on your terms.

Feeling stuck? Ready for a change? Questioning what’s next? Or just curious about what else might be possible?

You’re in the right place. Your career shouldn’t just happen to you. You should have a say in where it goes.

Here’s how we can help:

✨ Find your coach. Meet our brilliant founding coaches, each bringing different expertise, perspectives and lived experiences to help you figure out your next move.

✨ Join The Possibility Project. Four weeks to move from career drift to career design. Get clear on what matters, explore what’s possible and start shaping your next chapter. We kick off on 26 October, and the waitlist is officially open!

✨ Bring Careering into your business. Want to help your people take greater ownership of their careers? We’d love to chat.

Today feels like a good day to launch a business…

@careeringapp is officially LIVE! 🎉

I’ve spent the last three years learning what it means to take ownership of my own career, and now, we’re building something to help more people do the same.

Careering is a careers platform for anyone who wants to be more intentional about their working life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating change, questioning what’s next or simply wondering what else might be possible...because I believe we should have more agency over our careers, rather than simply letting them happen to us.

So, what can you do today?

✨ Find your coach. Explore our directory of brilliant founding coaches, bringing different expertise, perspectives and lived experiences to help you navigate your career on your terms.

✨ Join The Possibility Project. Our first live group programme starts on 26 October. Over four weeks we’ll help you move from career drift to career design, get clear on what matters to you and start exploring what your next chapter could look like. The waitlist is now open!

✨ Bring Careering into your business. If you’re looking to support your people in taking greater ownership of their careers, we’d love to hear from you.

This is just the beginning. We’ve got so much more we want to build, but today is about getting something out into the world that I really believe in.

To everyone who’s helped bring Careering to life, thank you. To @bishboshjames, there’s no one I’d rather run a business with. To @ashleighadamsx, to @nicolabcoaching, to @bee.and.toast and to our incredible founding coaches: we genuinely couldn’t have done this without you and so bloody grateful to have you on this ride with us.

If you know someone who might be feeling a little “is this it?” or “what now?” please do share this with them.

Come and explore! by @careeringapp
