Who knew a talking sponge had all the career advice we needed?

Most people want to grow. But very few people are taught how.

“I want to grow professionally.”
“I want to organize my work better.”

I’ve said these words many times myself.

As a student. As a freelancer. As a founder. As someone trying to build something meaningful.

I’ve struggled with confusion. With bad systems. With wasting time. With learning things the hard way.

And I realized something:
So many people are talented. So many people are motivated but they’re stuck, not because they’re lazy, but because they don’t have structure, guidance, or support.

That’s why I started Career & Workflows.

Not as a “guru platform.” Not as a place to sell dream but as a space to learn in public, to test systems, to share resources, to grow together.

This will be a journey, with wins, with mistakes, with lessons.
And I hope to share it all, so that you don’t have to walk alone.

From now on, when you think:
