Please congratulate Joana & Kip on completing our K9 Home Schooling program! Joana recently adopted 1yo Kip and wanted to work on taming Kip’s wild side a little, introduce him to the crate and teach him recall. We had lots of fun working together & they made incredible progress in just three weeks. #dogtrainer #adolescentdog #comewhencalled #staffymix #pitmix by @carefreehounds

Maverick and his wonderful guardian recently completed a Coaching package with me to help him with his reactivity around other dogs. The sea wall around False Creek in Vancouver is bustling with activity, which can be a challenge for young dogs like Maverick. His owner worked diligently and now Maverick can watch other dogs pass by without losing his ever-fluffing mind. Go Maverick! #vancouverdogtrainer #falsecreekseawall #icelandicsheepdog #reactivedog# by @carefreehounds

This little cutie is Roxy the Boston Terrier. She’s just 11 weeks old and has just started learning all kinds of fun and wonderful games that will set her up for life! Starting training early sets up your puppy to develop great habits. #bostonterrier #puppytraining #cratetraining #vancouverpuppy by @carefreehounds

Aaand here’s the latest batch of pups we’re working in private, in-home training with: first up is the very energetic Poppy, the English Cocker. The next is the VERY social Ramon, the Mini Schnauzer, who would jump on every person in his busy neighborhood if he could. Then we have Henry the Dachshund, who is so social that he gets quite vocal when he sees other potential doggie pals. Finally, we have Roxy the Bernedoodle, who is learning a bunch of new skills to make easier for her & her human family. #englishcockerspaniel #minischnauzer #dachshund #bernedoodle #privatedogtraining #puppytrain #vancouverpups by @carefreehounds

Been way too long since I posted. Here are some recent pups I’ve worked with: Toby, Izzy, Paco & Mazzy. All had private, in-home training. No need to go to a class or fit training into your schedule. I come to you! #privatedogtraining #inhomedogtraining #puppytraining by @carefreehounds

I’m very proud to announce that Carefree Hounds dog training has once again gained accreditation by the BC SPCA’s AnimalKind program. This excellent program helps dog owners find a trainer they can trust. #dogtrainer #dogtraining #bcspca #animalkind #bcspcaanimalkindtrainer #traineryoucantrust #puppytrainer by @carefreehounds
