The Only Constant is Change 🌀

& Just like the seasons in Nature, we too are constantly shifting form as we evolve on our path. 👁️

That is why I love Body Paint SO much ~ it is such a powerful way to mark passages and transitions. 🪶

I like to see it as if I’m shedding an old skin and creating a new one that expresses my next level embodiment 🎨 it’s also a trip looking back at photos and remembering where I was & what I was experiencing at the time.

If you feel like you’re stepping out of/into a new chapter, my new virtual Soul Adornment course can spark a fun and meaningful way to ritualize whatever life chapter you find yourself in.

This is a life practice that can be added to anyone’s tool kit~ especially if you are naturally drawn to body art, I trust it will serve you well💫

For early adorners, I’m offering a code : ‘Open25’ to welcome you into the portal✨Enjoy!

That is why I believe Body Paint is our Birthright as a collective, HUEMAN species .

What’s the deal with the cosmetic lingo?
….. Make Up • Cover Up • Concealer?!

I find it curious that these are words used in an industry that sells us Beauty…. Like we have to HIDE, Cover & Correct in order to feel presentable?!

Yikes 😬

What IF we lived in a world where it’s normalized to paint ourselves in our fav colors, shapes & patterns? 🎨

To have a creative ritual that reminds us of our innate Worth, just by being Alive?

Where instead of trying to mimic the next Kardashian, we celebrate & express our unique Beauty through the art of Body Paint Adornment 🎨📿👑🖌️💋

Sounds Fun to me!!

My new Intro to Soul Adornment: Ritual Body Paint for Beginners course is LIVE if you are curious to deepen 🫶

No matter what we create in this world, our relationship to ourselves is everything. But amidst self judgement and impossible beauty standards - it is rare to find someone who remembers the masterpiece that they are. Who devotes their life to seeing the beauty, within and without.

So when I first met Caren Chroma, and witnessed the art she had created of her life - I knew I wanted to sit down with her, learn from her creative wisdom, and share it with all of you.

For Caren, creativity leaves the boundaries of the canvas, in a practice she calls “soul adornment” - body painting with the intention of seeing ourselves as living art. Through the years, each brushstroke has helped her return home to herself. For her, art is a space of transformation, a practice that shapes how she relates to the rest of life.

And now, you can witness this in the newest episode of Made on Earth.

This, is The Living Masterpiece —
A love letter to self, a celebration of creativity, and a reminder of the miracle that we are.
