you 100% don’t have to wait until midnight, drink, or commit to a full night out, just to dance hard & listen to loud music. However, there are not many spaces that allow for that or make it easy to do that. @dayclub_ is committed to guiding you INTO the dance floor. Starting with coming into the body, getting present, and shaking it out - making you feel free enough to let go, listen to music, move, have fun.

Lots of events and classes are starting to make dancing accessible, but there’s still an element of holding back. I want people to feel fully unleashed ~ so here we are. Grateful to bring ass and music into the world. 🫂🤍

Universal language 🤍🌼🪩🤍
The fun thing is that I have never asked for this to be recorded but have gotten some from people who have. So grateful to dance around the world and see smiles from strangers while they remember “wow, I can do that too”.🤍🌎 taken in Florence, Italy by @carendecesaris

You are a vessel
A gift
As you are, and as you reveal (I use the word “reveal” vs become, because it’s all waiting for you. Waiting for you to feel safe with receiving & embodying - and to have the vessel to receive these “new” versions, embodiments of yourself and chapters and experiences in your life.)
You are unbelievably & exquisitely unique
My dear
Please please please
Take up your space
You were so beautifully created
To take up your space. Infact, it’s your duty.
And inspire + remind others, give them the courage to do the same
By being you
My dear
We are all united
Connected
One
My dear
Be you
You are so divinely
Beautiful.

Have been feeling so drawn to hips lately. The free-er the hips.. the softer the heart. The more peaceful the mind. The gentler the energy. by @carendecesaris
