#Throwback to last week’s exciting pep rally at @walnuthillshighschooleagles in Cincinnati! We were honored to be joined by standout athletes from @gobearcatsmbb and @xaviermbb. 🏀 Together, we raised awareness about adolescent and young adult mental health - reminding everyone that it’s OK to not be OK. 💜

The highlight of the pep rally was when the CareSource Foundation proudly awarded Walnut Hills High School a $10,000 grant to support mental health initiatives.

Thank you to the athletes, students, and staff for joining us in strengthening our commitment to mental health and for making a real and lasting impact! 👏

Access to stable housing is a powerful foundation for good health - it provides safety, security, and the opportunity to focus on well-being. That’s why the CareSource Nevada team was honored to attend and sponsor the 2026 Statewide Conference on Addressing Homelessness, hosted by the @nhavoice.

This important event brought together community leaders, advocates, service providers, individuals with lived experience, partners, and changemakers from across Nevada to connect, learn, and collaborate on creating stronger solutions to homelessness.

At CareSource, we believe that addressing homelessness is essential to uplifting our communities and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Thank you to the Nevada Homeless Alliance for putting on such an impactful and powerful event! 💜

A mammogram is an x-ray picture of the breast. Doctors use a mammogram to look for early signs of breast cancer.

Here are some tips you can use when getting a mammogram:

💜 Try not to have your mammogram the week before your period or during your period. Your breasts may be tender or swollen then.
💜 Don’t wear deodorant, perfume or powder. These products could show up as white spots on the x-ray.
💜 You may want to wear a top with a skirt or pants instead of a dress. You will need to undress from the waist up for the mammogram.

These incredible pups are training to become service animals that change lives, reflecting the same commitment CareSource has to improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Just like our mission to help people lead healthier lives, 4 Paws for Ability empowers individuals to achieve more independence and thrive.

We are incredibly grateful to the CareSource employees who came together during our October All Staff event to generously donate non-perishable food items, individually-packed snacks, paper products, cleaning supplies, and more to the @ronaldmcdonaldhousesouthwestoh.

The Ronald McDonald House of Southwest Ohio plays a vital role in providing essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need health care most. Through this donation drive, our team had the opportunity to give back and support a mission that aligns closely with CareSource’s commitment to improving lives and strengthening communities.

This amazing event brought our community together through music, food, dance, arts, and so much more - creating a joyful space where neighborhoods unite and culture shines.

Our Nevada team is excited to share that we recently participated as a "Host a Hole" sponsor at the Nevada Rural Hospital Partners Foundation’ golf tournament. Nevada Rural Hospital Partners is a coalition of 13 small and rural hospitals, united by the belief that we are stronger standing together than alone.
