This is me::

Even as a little girl, she had do not comply written all over her face.

She grew up questioning authority, challenging injustice, and fighting for the rights of others. She understood early that everyone’s rights were worth defending.

She’s still raising hell. And she’s not about to stop now.

Images from yesterday’s rally for Ilhan Omar.

On October 12th, federal agents searched Omar’s residence in Washington D.C. HSI agents executed a “judicially authorized” search warrant for the property area in D.C.

Trump has for years criticized Ilhan Omar but on Monday he said he had “nothing to do” with the DOJ’s investigation of Omar. taken in Powderhorn Park by @cari4mpls

Waking up in Trump’s America. A woman was beaten by a group of grown men while Trump cheered it on. As security took her out of the rally, Trump continued to comment on her weight and continued to misgender her. She was wearing a shirt that said “Release the Epstein Files.” by @cari4mpls

This morning the Trump Regime raided a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Minnesota’s 5th district, @repilhan
-
The way in which the American people respond to this clear abuse of power and attempt to terrorize folks into compliance will demonstrate to our representatives the support or lack of support for taking a stand against this authoritarian regime.
We are seeing calls to mobilize to Washington, DC. It you cannot make the trip, find or plan a local solidarity rally in your community.
-
We will not allow this regime to destroy our democracy, intimidate our representatives, or terrorize us into compliance.

Stay safe folks. taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @cari4mpls

We see right through them, clear into the space where they hide their pain and fragility behind a door of cruelty.
