I am so excited to announce that we’re launching a @bindery_books 🤍

We’ll have a monthly book club hosted on Discord, along with other fun content, voting, and more. I’ll announce our first book soon and then its all in your hands in terms of our monthly reads!

One day this might lead us to opening a publishing imprint of our own to get more stories we love out there into the world 🥹

I’ll be posting a full video chatting about it with all the details later today but THANK YOU SO MUCH for being a part of this and making this happen!!! by @caricanread

mind: boggled
heart: full

we made it to 100k yall! this community has brought me so much joy over the years and especially here on ig where i’ve sort of had no plan and just had fun without a care in the world - its been such a ride 😂 you all have sent me down bookish rabbit holes that i will never forget (for better or for worse lol) and i cant wait to see what the future holds!! love to you forever and ever and ever 💋💋💋

(list is definitely missing some titles and im already stressing about it yay)

(ok i know people are going to lose their minds with the love hypothesis and giovannis room in the same category BUT if it werent for TLH i wouldnt have started the romance genre as a whole and who would i be then?! WHO WOULD I BE???)

Our book club responses have a new home!

I casually mentioned to @symphakurt that having a website for book club feedback and discussions would be helpful and voila! You can find the link on our Discord which you can join through our @bindery_books 🤍✨

The book club is completely free and these results will stay up and will accessible always so you can come back to them 🥹🙌

Thank you all for a fantastic first month of Fourth Floor 🖤 by @caricanread

No hate to this book in particular but I am so tired of catching pretty obvious mistakes (grammatical, spelling, and more) in new releases these past few years.

I feel like especially in the fantasy genres, publishing houses are failing authors because they know the books will sell with or without a solid editing team making it the best book it can be 😞

This was a highly anticipated release and I DNFed it on page four because I am tiiiiiired 😩 Debut authors deserve support and readers deserve an edited book!

September reading wrap up! Glad that I had multiple books I could give stars to this month 🥹 Can’t wait to give my full thoughts on youtube in a week or so because I’m still trying to figure out how I feel about some of these 🐺

And please join us over on @bindery_books and @fourthfloorbooks for our book club!

Blacktail by Scott Hawkins was unique to say the least. Some parts were heartbreaking and moving, some laugh out loud funny, and others left me a very confused. But definitely an unforgettable little book.
