1. Eating a healthy breakfast 🍓

3. Drinking your favourite beverage and really savouring it!
4. Sweating it out 😅 with any exercise of your choice

A bit about me 🥰

⭐️ My names Carina! I have a little boy (5) and a girl (2) who are just amazing, but keep me busy! 😅

⭐️ I have struggled with low self esteem, high anxiety and crippling self doubt! And have done a lot of counselling, self reflection and self development( this is something I will always work on and happy to help anyone who wants to know more!) 💕

⭐️ I recently completed my Life and NLP coaching and am excited to start this new chapter so I can help, uplift and empower other women like me!

⭐️ I believe being a mum is one tough role! But we are amazing and actually Bad A** Superheroes! 🦸‍♀️

⭐️ I also work as a Job Coach for a charity & am also passionate about helping marginalised people get into employment 🧐🤓

I also love all things Law of attraction, Manifesting and Positivity 🌈

My whys…

Being a mum to two is challenging, insane and hard AF!
But it’s also amazing, beautiful & rewarding! I am sure I’m not alone in thinking this😆🥰

And I genuinely feel like I haven’t had decent sleep since 2018!

But I am motivated to help mums, like myself to rediscover the passions, get unstuck and live the lives of their dreams!
