Gestern habe ich Carol mit einem Besuch bei ihrer Samstag-Class im CrunchFit Spandau überrascht. Es hat mich sehr gefreut, dich und deine Entwicklung beim Teaching zu sehen liebe Carol 👏🏻

Eine super Atmosphäre, eine powerful Playlist und eine schöne Gruppe. Ich hatte sehr viel Spaß und für mich war es auch schön, mal wieder Teilnehmerin zu sein. 🤍

Die Veranstaltung war schon seit Monaten geplant, die Trainer, die Teilnehmer und Crunchfit waren bereit für unser Sommer-Event – nur dass das Wetter an diesem Tag entschied, dass es regnen musste.
Was für eine Überraschung! Dass sich trotz des schlechten Wetters und anderer Faktoren so viele Menschen einfach dafür entschieden haben, den Moment zu genießen und unter dem Regen zu tanzen.
Einen riesigen Dank an alle, die diese Veranstaltung möglich gemacht haben, vor allem aber an die Teilnehmer, denn ohne sie wäre das alles nicht möglich gewesen!
Was für ein schöner Energieaustausch!

Spontaneously dancing with Salsation Instructors from Berlin during the break at Come Dance With Us Frankfurt 2026

Even though we all live in the same city, it’s not easy to attend each other’s classes because of our schedules. That makes moments like this even more special—finding the time to dance and simply enjoy being together.

Hay artistas que no solo hacen música: cuentan historias, despiertan conciencia y dejan huella. Para mí, Rubén Blades es uno de ellos.

Su música transformó la salsa en mucho más que un ritmo para bailar. La convirtió en un espacio para reflexionar, para hablar de la vida, de la identidad latinoamericana, de las injusticias, de los sueños y de nuestra realidad.

Por eso admiro tanto a Rubén Blades. Porque cada canción es una historia que invita a pensar, sentir y mirar el mundo con otros ojos. Su legado demuestra que el arte también puede ser una herramienta de cambio.

Gracias por regalarnos una banda sonora que sigue siendo tan vigente como el primer día. 🎶❤️

Although heavy weights and dancing are more my thing, discovering Les Mills Shapes as part of my training routine has brought me a sense of balance.
