Adorable …but delicious.
The Bedouins had Camel for special occasions. While in Jordan we found a family restaurant who served it and knew we had to try. Honestly it tastes a lot like ground beef. #camels #petrajordan #travelcoupledestinations taken in Petra, Jordan by @carlakidd2020

🎬 THE SEVENTH DAY is now on Apple TV 🍎👻

That’s TWO films on Apple. An honor and a blessing. God is the greatest. 🙏🏾

Feature #5, Sit Back, is in the works. It’ll take time, but I’m coming with it.

Thank you all for the love and support. Go watch The Seventh Day on Apple TV or Amazon Prime right now, just in time for Halloween. 🎃

The name Cleopatra immediately brings the movie with Elizabeth Taylor to my mind. Although #cleopatra was an astounding woman, there is only one carving of her made during her lifetime for us to get an inkling of what she may actually have looked like. I’m so excited that this film is out on prime! Thank you @therealyaw_ for your vision and your drive, and for letting me play in your utterly psychotic sandbox! It’s spooky season y’all~ grab a friend, a big slice of pie, and let me know what ya think. @agyapongfilmsoriginals #indiefilms #texasactor #horrorfilms by @carlakidd2020

The Great Pyramid of Giza is the last of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World that remains intact. Being able to literally touch it is mind boggling. In my mind it has remained like I envisioned it in first grade- WAAAAY out in the middle of the desert. In reality, the city of Cairo has grown to its edges. PRO TIP: Turn toward the desert and keep the fantasy. 🥰 The Pyramids and the Great Sphinx are literally larger than life. #gizapyramids #gizaegypt #greatsphinxofgiza #texasactor taken in Great Pyramids of Giza, Cairo, Egypt by @carlakidd2020

WELCOME TO EGYPT! Our longest flight to date- 15 hours in air DFW to Dubai, then 3 and a half more to Cairo. That doesn’t include navigating airports/ getting through security/customs/layovers/security(again)/customs(again) and traveling through downtown Cairo which is an adventure unto itself 😬. End count: 37 hours from getting to first airport to checking in to Cairo hotel. Worth it? 100% ~ but being patience, a good attitude and yummy snacks! *the following #dungeoncrawlercarl nod must be read in snarky voice: NEW ACHIEVEMENT: New Continent! REWARD: Are you kidding? Going is reward enough. You do know that camels spit at you, right? Good luck with that. #texasactor #egypt #travel taken in Cairo القاهرهEgyptمصر by @carlakidd2020
