Ten years ago today, my first Rizzoli book, Interior Design Master Class, was released. Time flies!

Thank you to everyone who joined me on that project and on every book since. It has been a remarkable journey, and I'm now working on my 7th.

A new book worth sitting with: Time & Beauty: The Elements of Design by Dan Fink, available for preorder from Abrams.

Rather than organize the book around his projects, Fink built it around a question: what makes a room come alive, and why do the same qualities show up across eras and cultures. Thirteen elements, six essays, and fifteen years of work, much of it never published before.
