Today is a hard day. I really tried to keep myself busy, here I am 10:30. Still up. I worked until 10:00 to keep my mind off it. IT sucks I have to scroll so long to get to pictures of my dad. IT suck's I was unable to make him dinner tonight or bring him a coffee in the am with some card he threw off to the side. lol. I miss my dad. looking at these pictures of me before he passed my smile is different. grief makes you so different. Cherish the time you have with your dad, you never know when that will be it. #cancersucks by @carleyc86

i've been on a GLP-1 for a year now I've lost 45 pounds and I have no idea how many inches I've lost this time last year. I was so scared to start because I thought I was gonna be sick all the time. In fact it was the exact opposite my inflammation went away. I felt better. The food noise was gone. This drug has helped me so much because it's extremely hard to lose weight with PCOS. I'm not even done yet. I still have about 90 pounds to go to get to my goal weight. I hope I can get halfway there this year or maybe the rest. I'm taking a day by day. I've had some setbacks. I got in a car accident and I haven't been working out that's been hard. I also have chronic back pain, but I'm still going. I'll get back into the gym in a couple weeks when I feel better right now I'm just resting. All I can say is if you're scared to get on a GLP-1. Don't be just do it.
