nationals 2026
i don’t even know where to begin.

my senior season. it started with a torn patellar tendon, countless appointments, pt, tears, and wondering if i’d ever get back on the floor. there were so many moments where i questioned if i’d even make it to the end.

standing on the nationals stage for my senior year is something i’ll never take for granted.

it’s so hard to put into words what this team has meant to me. these girls became my second family so quickly, and dance became the place that i could always go to. thank you for every rehearsal, every pinkie, every laugh, every hug before we walked on stage, every happy tear, and every memory i’ll carry with me forever.

i would do anything to go back and do it all one more time.

it’s crazy how one day you’re walking into the studio as a little kid, and before you know it, you’re taking your final bow.

thank you for believing in me, especially when i struggled to believe in myself. thank you to bdc and my family for never letting me give up.

this chapter may be over, but it will always be one of the biggest parts of who i am.

thank you for the memories. thank you for the love. thank you for giving me a place i’ll always call home.

forever grateful. forever a part of me. 🤍 by @carleyy49
