Recently been exploring gaussian splats and had the pleasure of working with this splat created by @davidlisser I also want to thank @stephanhelbing who helped me during the process. This work is inspired by Stefan’s + XK’s work, the effect in the 4th shot is a technique invented by XK and featured in their talk from OFFF HIVE 2025.

First time exploring crowd sims. Collab together with @isabellesjo For some of the characters, we used image to mesh utilizing Tripo to generate base meshes that we then optimized and animated.

Wanted to explore if ai could generate a mesh from an image, so made a character with Midjourney that was then converted to a mesh. The result was a bit underwhelming since the topology was terrible to work with. A lot of fixes, and sculpting required and I also ended up re-making all the clothes myself. The base mesh is still ai though with facial animation + text animation done in AE+PS.
