Sad to hear of the passing of Frank Perez and a major loss to the city for all the work he did about New Orleans history and preservation. On top of that he was a delightful friend, who loved to costume, and enjoyed bringing his Twelfth Night Revelers party each year to my museum. taken in The Mardi Gras Museum of Costumes and Culture by @carlmackpresents
