Closed out August with another successful closing for one of our investors! 🏡✨

We were able to get this investment property under contract in just 48 hours for $16,000 over asking price and closed in just 21 DAYS. ✨ 🔑

Earlier this month, we also closed on another investment project with one of the investors pictured here. That property received 8 offers in just 6 days and went under contract for $15,000 over asking price. 🏡 🎉

And of course, these results start with a great renovation.
