Hoy por hoy hay tantos hombres pasando por temas de salud mental. He perdido amigos que eran como hermanos porque se rindieron. Artes marciales como el aikido ofrecen muchos beneficios para personas que están pasando por momentos difíciles. Ayudan a desconectar la mente que se pasa todo el día dándole vueltas a problemas y haciéndolos más grandes de lo que en realidad son. En estos momentos hay que estar en el presente, no puedes estar pensando en nada más o recibes un mal golpe. Así que hermanos, si necesitan encontrar una solución que no involucre llenarse de químicos y medicamentos, atrévete a probar Aikido, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, o lo que sea. 31.03.2026 marks a special moment in my life. 23 years ago I walked into a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy and fell in love with this amazing art. Today I am born again into this amazing community. I am just a white belt who didn’t give up! Now I start to learn this stuff for real.
