And my high school sports chapter finally closes. I have enjoyed the past 4 years playing softball even though it’s not my favorite. I’ve made so many friendships, learned so many lessons, and made so many memories. I’m gonna miss all the nightly state target runs, the last night doordashing, and jamming out on Vicky the van every time we go to Montgomery. I will forever cherish all the time spent with my teammates. All these moments I’ve loved now will become a memory. Thank you to my teammates for making this the best last year of softball ever! This is the post that I’ve been dreading most… My favorite sport has finally come to an end. I wouldn’t trade these 7 years for the world! I’m so thankful that I got to experience this with my best friends! I will love y’all and this sport forever! I have made the best memories with these people and this team. I’m thankful for my parents for all their support throughout this chapter in my life, especially my mom’s. She is the person that helped me fall in love with this sport. Even though this season didn’t end how we wanted it, I had the best time. I’m so glad I got to play in the all-star game and make many new friends! Thank you basketball for giving me something to love this much, thank you for giving me an escape, and thank you for giving me lessons and memories I can cherish forever! I don’t even know where to start! The love I have for the sport is unreal! I am so proud of our team this year for making it this far. Volleyball has taught me so much like how to be a team player! I love these girls so much and will forever miss this sport! Even though we got Runner-up we are all winners in my eyes! One chapter closed. Now onto the one that I will miss the most, basketball!❤️ by @carlybedwell24
