IT’S LIVE!!! ✨🎉⁣ ⁣ My TEDx Talk, How to Trust Yourself and Stop Overthinking, has officially been published on the TEDx Talks YouTube channel!⁣ ⁣ It feels so surreal to finally write that. 🥹⁣ ⁣ In this deeply personal talk, I share my journey from burnout to Burning Man, from suppressed to expressed, and my simple three minute Intuitive Intelligence process to move out of overthinking and reconnect with your inner compass.⁣ ⁣ Because I believe we don’t need more information, more options or to have it all figured out.⁣ ⁣ We need to learn to listen to that inner voice and trust ourselves to take the next step.⁣ ⁣ My intention for this talk is to support as many people as possible to stop overthinking, trust their intuitive guidance and create a life they love.⁣ ⁣ And as I have recently celebrated turning the big 40, I have one birthday wish.⁣ ⁣ For this talk to reach the people who need to hear it. ✨⁣ ⁣ So I’d absolutely love you to watch it and leave a comment sharing your biggest takeaway.⁣ ⁣ And if someone comes to mind who might need this message right now, please share it with them. ⁣ ⁣ Watch my TEDx Talk via the link in my bio.⁣ ⁣ Thank you for being part of this journey and helping me bring this message to more people. ⁣ ⁣ Carly ⁣ by @carlyfaragher
Hi, I’m Carly. 👋✨ If you’re new here, welcome. This carousel shares the journey that’s shaped who I am today—from childhood dreams, a corporate career, burnout, years of travel and self-discovery, Burning Man, TEDx, and the work I now do with women all around the world. But more than anything… It’s the story of learning to trust myself. Because I believe that’s the greatest gift we can give ourselves. When you trust your inner compass, you stop living the life you think you should create… …and start intentionally creating one that feels deeply aligned with who you truly are. If you’re here because you’re craving more joy, freedom, purpose and ease, I hope you’ll feel at home here. I’ll be sharing conversations around: ✨ Intuitive leadership ✨ Life by Design ✨ TEDx ✨ Fashion & style ✨ Travel & adventure ✨ Burning Man & other festivals I’d love to get to know you too. Tell me… if you’re new here, what made you hit follow? by @carlyfaragher
You’ve built a successful “looking” life. Maybe a career or business you’re proud of. Relationships you value. A beautiful home. Experiences you’ve worked hard for. And yet… Something inside you doesn’t feel quite right. Perhaps life is changing. Perhaps you’re the one who’s changed. Either way, you know you’re no longer meant to keep living in the same way. This is the woman I love working with. The high-achieving woman who’s no longer looking for more strategies, more information, or another way to push harder. She’s ready to trust herself. To make aligned decisions. And to intentionally create a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. That’s why I created Life By Design—my private 12-month coaching experience for women who are ready to navigate change with clarity, reconnect with their intuition, and intentionally design a life they genuinely love. If this feels like you, I’d love to invite you to explore working together. Follow the link in my bio to learn more and apply. by @carlyfaragher
“The entire industry was developing the iPhone, and everyone insisted that the phone needed a physical keypad. Even the market research backed this up. But Steve Jobs' intuition felt that it needed to be fluid and simple and, well, intuitive. So despite skepticism, he went with his instinct, and the iPhone has changed the world.”⁣ ⁣ Watch my full TEDx Talk, How to Trust Yourself and Stop Overthinking, via the link in my bio and please help me share this message with more people by liking, commenting and forwarding.⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ #TEDx #TEDxTalk #TEDxSpeaker #IntuitiveLeadershipCoach #IntuitiveBrandStylist by @carlyfaragher
What if you didn’t have to think about what you’re going to wear?⁣ ⁣ Imagine opening your wardrobe and feeling nothing but pleasure!⁣ ⁣ Beautiful fabrics. Colours that complement each other. Pieces that fit your body and reflect your personal style.⁣ ⁣ Everything has its place.⁣ ⁣ You can effortlessly put outfits together for your meetings, events, travel and everyday life.⁣ ⁣ And when you need something new, you don’t have to spend hours scrolling, shopping or trying to figure out what works. ⁣ ⁣ Imagine having someone who already understands your style, body, lifestyle and preferences.⁣ ⁣ Someone who can source beautiful pieces, coordinate alterations, arrange custom designs and take care of the details.⁣ ⁣ So you can spend your time doing the things you love.⁣ ⁣ I know how valuable our time and energy are.⁣ ⁣ And I believe our wardrobes should be a source of inspiration, beauty and pleasure, rather than another responsibility on our never-ending to-do lists.⁣ ⁣ Luxury isn’t just about what you own. It’s also about the freedom to enjoy it.⁣ ⁣ Through my private VIP styling and fashion design partnerships, I help women create beautifully curated wardrobes that make getting dressed feel effortless.⁣ ⁣ I’m currently welcoming enquiries for my next private VIP client.⁣ ⁣ If you’d love to have your wardrobe thoughtfully curated and taken care of, send me a message “VIP” to explore what’s possible. ⁣ ⁣ #IntuitiveBrandStylist #PersonalStylistGoldCoast #PersonalShopperGoldCoast #WardrobeEditGoldCoast #FashionDesigner⁣ by @carlyfaragher
You’ve evolved. Has your wardrobe evolved with you?⁣ ⁣ Perhaps you’ve grown your business.⁣ ⁣ Stepped into a leadership role.⁣ ⁣ Become a mother.⁣ ⁣ Changed your lifestyle, your priorities or the way you want to show up in the world.⁣ ⁣ And somewhere along the way, your wardrobe stopped feeling like you.⁣ ⁣ It’s filled with pieces you’ve collected over the years.⁣ ⁣ Clothes that suited the woman you once were.⁣ ⁣ Pieces you spent good money on and feel reluctant to let go of.⁣ ⁣ And others that you keep hoping you’ll wear again someday.⁣ ⁣ But when you open your wardrobe, you don’t feel particularly inspired.⁣ ⁣ I believe our wardrobes tell the stories of our lives.⁣ ⁣ The different identities we’ve embraced, the experiences we’ve had and the women we’ve been.⁣ ⁣ But sometimes we hold on to those past versions of ourselves long after we’ve evolved.⁣ ⁣ What if your wardrobe could reflect the woman you are today, and the woman you’re becoming?⁣ ⁣ Imagine having someone help you thoughtfully review what you own, rediscover beautiful pieces, refine what no longer serves you and create a wardrobe that feels authentically yours.⁣ ⁣ One that complements your body, lifestyle, personal brand and dreams.⁣ ⁣ Because this isn’t just about buying new clothes.⁣ ⁣ It’s about creating space for more of you.⁣ ⁣ Through my private VIP styling and fashion design partnerships, I help women bring their personal style into alignment with the lives they’re creating.⁣ ⁣ If you’re ready for your wardrobe to reflect your next chapter, send me a message to explore working together. 🤍⁣ ⁣ #IntuitiveBrandStylist #PersonalStylistGoldCoast #PersonalShopperGoldCoast #WardrobeEditGoldCoast #FashionDesigner by @carlyfaragher
Imagine stepping into the spotlight fully embodied and expressed, rather than proving...⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Whether you’re an artist, performer, speaker or creative visionary preparing for a photoshoot, filming, stage or special event, what you wear is so much more than an outfit you like.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s an opportunity to embody your vision, amplify your presence and express your most authentic self.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ When I worked with poetess and performer Emina Ashman on Water Has Her Way With Us, we explored far more than outfits for a shoot.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Together, we brought cohesion to her energetic and visual vision, creating space for her authentic Sea Poetess Queen essence.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ As Emina shared:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ “I initially reached out to Carly looking for some styling guidance around a shoot connected to my poetry track release and launch event, but I quickly realized there was a deeper alignment in stepping into her Artist Launch Portal offering. Having her speak into the broader intuitive visioning of my branding as an artist was exactly what the project needed.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ She supports from the inside out. Beyond just helping me choose which outfits to bring from my selection, she actively held and supported the energetics of the process itself, anchoring me into the highest timeline for that launch.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ When I felt the subtle wobbles of slipping into ‘proving’ mode, Carly gave me the space and encouragement to drop the constriction. She held space for my true Sea Poetess Queen energy.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Through conscious communication frameworks that assisted with my inner chatter, alongside styling suggestions that complemented my vision, I felt completely anchored in my body and clear in the essence I wanted to embody.⁣ ⁣ Carly has this rare, multi-faceted gift for aligning the body with the creative vision, making her portal an invaluable collaborative experience for any artist open to elevating and expanding their embodied truth.”⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This is why I love what I do. When the inner vision and outer expression align, we stop trying to prove who we are and start expressing who we truly are. ⁣ by @carlyfaragher
“Modern science is showing us that intuition is a multi-level, measurable phenomenon.⁣ ⁣ Biology has revealed that intuition connects our gut, our heart, and our nervous system, processing information faster than our conscious mind.”⁣ ⁣ Watch my full TEDx Talk, How to Trust Yourself and Stop Overthinking, via the link in my bio and please help me share this message with more people by liking, commenting and forwarding.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ #TEDx #TEDxTalk #TEDxSpeaker #IntuitiveLeadershipCoach #IntuitiveBrandStylist by @carlyfaragher
Don’t dress how you feel. Dress how you want to feel.⁣ ⁣ Some days I wake up feeling energised, inspired and ready for big bold moves and magic.⁣ ⁣ Other days, I’m feeling a little flat, tired or more introverted.⁣ ⁣ It’s on those days that I make a conscious choice to dress for how I want to feel, rather than how I’m feeling.⁣ ⁣ Sometimes it’s as simple as slipping on one of my beautiful silk kimonos.⁣ ⁣ The softness of the silk against my skin.⁣ ⁣ The way the fabric flows as I move.⁣ ⁣ The colours and beauty of the design.⁣ ⁣ I instantly feel more feminine, sensual, inspired and connected to myself.⁣ ⁣ It’s a beautiful act of self-love.⁣ ⁣ And it’s something I’ve come to appreciate more and more.⁣ ⁣ Our clothes don’t just change how we look. They can change how we feel.⁣ ⁣ How we carry ourselves.⁣ ⁣ How we connect with others.⁣ ⁣ And how we show up in the world.⁣ ⁣ Getting dressed is a beautiful daily ritual of honouring, remembering and self-expression, rather than another task to tick off the list.⁣ ⁣ You don’t need to wait for a special occasion to wear something beautiful.⁣ ⁣ Wear the special dress to your next Zoom meeting.⁣ ⁣ Wear the silk kimono out to lunch.⁣ ⁣ Put on the statement shoes because they make you smile.⁣ ⁣ Let yourself feel beautiful.⁣ ⁣ Not when you’ve lost weight, reached your next milestone or received an invitation to somewhere special.⁣ ⁣ You are the occasion.⁣ ⁣ And imagine having a wardrobe filled with pieces that make you feel this way all the time.⁣ ⁣ Pieces that fit your body beautifully, reflect your individuality and bring you pleasure every time you wear them.⁣ ⁣ That’s the experience I love creating for the women I work with.⁣ ⁣ I’ve opened enquiries for my next private VIP styling and fashion design client.⁣ ⁣ For women who value their time, love beautiful clothes and want their wardrobe thoughtfully curated and taken care of.⁣ ⁣ Send me a private message with VIP to explore working together.⁣ by @carlyfaragher
"Children under the age of 7 live predominantly in theta brainwaves which⁣ is this deep state of intuition and creativity.⁣ ⁣ It’s actually our sixth sense. It’s where our ideas and our dreams are born.⁣ ⁣ But as we grow older, we’re conditioned out of it.⁣" ⁣ Watch my full TEDx Talk, How to Trust Yourself and Stop Overthinking, via the link in my bio and please help me share this message with more people by liking, commenting and forwarding.⁣⁣ ⁣ #TEDx #TEDxTalk #TEDxSpeaker #IntuitiveLeadershipCoach #IntuitiveBrandStylist by @carlyfaragher
You know what you want to wear. You just can't find it.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I know this feeling all too well.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I've been designing and making clothes since I was a little girl.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ At 16, I didn't want to look like everyone else and I couldn't find the formal dress I envisioned, so I had it made.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And 24 years later, I’m still having things made.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I do love shopping, particularly discovering unique boutiques, beautiful fabrics and pieces inspired by different cultures and eras.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But I'm rarely inspired by mainstream stores and what's on “trend”.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I don't want to look like everyone else. And I don't believe you should either.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I believe we each have our own unique essence and style codes that wants to be expressed.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And sometimes different archetypes want to come out and play.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And our clothing is the perfect way to do that.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The wonderful thing about knowing how to design clothes and having access to skilled makers is that I'm not limited by what I can find in store or online.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I can choose the styles, colours, fabrics, the fit and the details⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And when I find something I absolutely love, I can have variations created to suit different occasions.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You don't need to know how to do any of this to experience this freedom.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You don't even need to know what clothing you want.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ That's what I can do for you.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Through my private intuitive styling and fashion design experiences, I help women discover, source, curate and create wardrobes that reflect who they truly are.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Beautiful clothes that feel amazing on their bodies, complement their lifestyle and bring them joy every time they wear them.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Without spending endless hours searching, shopping and compromising.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Because your wardrobe should be as unique and extraordinary as you are.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ —⁣⁣ I’ve opened enquiries for my next private VIP styling and fashion design client.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ For women who value their time, love beautiful clothes and want their wardrobe thoughtfully curated and taken care of.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Send me a private message with "VIP" to explore working together.⁣ by @carlyfaragher
What if work felt like a holiday? Less than 18 hours after an unexpected conversation turned into a new six-month client partnership, I was on a plane to Bali! And it’s reminded me of something I believe deeply about life, business and leadership. When we surround ourselves with people who share our values, visions and desires, we don’t just support each other. We amplify each other. What started as a conversation about fashion design, styling and shopping support, became an experience that inspired me in ways I hadn’t anticipated. I spent time reconnecting with Bali’s creativity, fashion, craftsmanship and culture. But what I didn’t expect was to embark on a 10-day juice cleanse, and enjoy reconnecting to myself with daily saunas, ice baths and other wellness activities (yes there were lots of massages 😍) Being surrounded by someone who shares my passion for health, personal growth and conscious living made it fun and much easier. It reminded me just how much our environment and the people around us influence the choices we make. And how important it is to consciously choose both. The most rewarding relationships aren’t simply transactional. They’re transformational. Where giving and receiving happen together. Where we inspire each other to grow. And where our experiences become energising, creative and deeply rewarding. Having lived in Bali for almost two years, it’s been an amazing to reconnect with the magic of this island and the passions that have shaped my life. And it’s reinforced why I’m so intentional about the people I surround myself with and the life and business I’m creating. I don’t believe we have to sacrifice our wellbeing, creativity or personal dreams to be successful. We get to design a life where they all belong. And it can even feel like a holiday! #LifeByDesign #FashionDesigner #BrandStylist #PersonalShopper #Bali by @carlyfaragher
