🎉🎂 Happy Birthday to Me! 🎂🎉
5 + 5 = 10 — and I’m feeling like a Perfect 10! Here’s to 55

Double the fives, double the fun, and a lifetime of wisdom to run.
Here’s to more laughter, lessons, and living fully.
Grateful for the journey — and the best is yet to come! 💫💖

🏀❤️ GAME TIME! ❤️🏀

Last night we kicked off our first Atlanta Hawks game of the season, and YESSSS, our Hawks brought home the WIN! 🔥🙌🏾

Nothing like a great night of basketball and a victory for the home team! ❤️💛

Let’s go, Hawks! 🏀🏆

Being consistent is a skill set I haven’t quite conquered yet, but baby, I’m TRYING! 😫😳😂

Some days I’m disciplined, some days I’m negotiating with myself! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣

But one thing about me, I’m not giving up! 💪🏽🎯

Progress over perfection! 🙌🏽❤️

Every morning I wake up with the SAME goals: STAY CONSISTENT, EAT BETTER, MOVE MORE, and MIND MY CALORIES! 💪🏽🥗🎯

But BABYYYY!!! 😩🤣 Why does doing the RIGHT thing require so much negotiating with MYSELF?! 😂😂

Me: We’re making healthy choices today! 🥗

Also me: But one little bite ain’t gonna hurt nobody! 👀🤣

At this point, I’m my own motivational speaker, accountability partner AND problem child! 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

The goal is progress, not perfection… but GOOD LORD, can we get a little cooperation from ourselves?! 🤣💪🏽🔥

Today we’re focusing on a calorie deficit! 💪🏽🍷😂

But wine is made from grapes, grapes are fruit, and fruit is healthy… right?! 🍇🤣

So technically, I’m just drinking my fruit for the day! 😂🍷💃🏽

Calorie deficit starts TOMORROW! 😭🤣 #fitnessjourney #mindovermatter #wine #caloriedeficit #winddownwednesday by @carmasalter

Between busy work schedules, it’s always nice to take a little break, catch up with friends, enjoy a good dinner, share some laughs, and make a few memories along the way. 🥂✨ by @carmasalter

How much more protein do I need to eat?! 😩 At this point, I’m about to grow feathers and I’m STILL hungry! 🐔😂 #protein #hungry #fitnessgoals #healthylifestyle #Foodie by @carmasalter
