Ever wonder how your honey actually gets made? 🐝💛✨ From flower to hive, worker bees pass nectar mouth to mouth, mix in a little magic, and fan their wings until it turns into real honey 🍯🌸 Two million flower visits go into just one pound. That’s why we never take a drop for granted ❤️ #sweeteningthenation #beelife #rawhoney #honeymaking #cutebees by @carmichaelshoney
Sweater weather calls for a plate that tastes like fall's greatest hits 🍂🥧✨ Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds with Brie, Dried Cranberries & Roasted Pecans Ingredients · 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into ½-inch thick rounds · 2 tablespoons olive oil · ½ teaspoon salt · ¼ teaspoon black pepper · 4–6 ounces brie cheese, cut into small slices · ⅓ cup dried cranberries · ⅓ cup roasted pecans · 1–2 teaspoons Carmichael's Honey · Fresh rosemary leaves, optional garnish Instructions · Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice into even rounds. Uniform thickness helps them roast at the same speed, giving a soft center and slightly crisp edges. · Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread on a baking sheet without overlapping and roast until golden brown, tender inside, and slightly caramelized outside. · Top each round with brie slices while warm. Let the heat melt the cheese into a creamy base, then finish with dried cranberries, roasted pecans, and a light drizzle of honey. · Enjoy! #sweeteningthenation #fallrecipes #sweetpotatorecipe #honeydrizzle #comfortfoodseason by @carmichaelshoney
