I recently saw a post from @pop_of_good asking for handmade bunnies to be distributed to the children of seasonal migrant workers who could use a little joy while living away from home. Well, of course I can sew some bunnies and here they are! I used pink and blue flannel on the back and inside the ears for extra softness. My hand embroidery needs improvement but I think it’s acceptable. @pop_of_good provided the pattern.

How have I been sewing for a million years and this is the first time I’ve made an Irish Chain quilt??? Everything here came from my stash and it was so easy and fun that I’ve made two more. This is the baby size Single Irish Chain Quilt pattern by @jozmakesquilts. The pattern has five sizes. Thank you @jozmakesquilts for your inspiration and fun pattern!

Meet my precious great niece, Maisy, with the quilt I made for her. Maisy is the granddaughter of my late sister, Susan, who passed last June. I hope that Maisy feels all of the love that was sewn into this quilt. It was a joy to meet this little sweet baby.💖

She’s finished!! This happy and cheerful quilt is going to someone very dear who has had a tough year. I’m going to present it to her in person soon. 💖🥰🌈

#This is the “I heart rainbows” quilt from #notyourtypicaljellyrollquilts book by @frombolttobeauty. This book is very well written and illustrated. I didn’t use a jelly roll, just picked fabrics from my stash. The majority of fabrics are by @rubystarsociety. Big thanks to my beautiful niece for helping with the photos and always being interested in my sewing projects. 💙 by @carolann427

Made a strawberry tote bag using fabrics by @rubystarsociety. The free tutorial is by @theinspiredwren. Fabrics purchased from @monogramsformakers. Bow was a last minute decision so it’s secured with a safety pin. I’ll be delivering this in person to a sweet little girl next week. by @carolann427
