A little weekend replenishment. 🌿🤍

A relaxing facial, tea overlooking the gardens, followed by a leisurely wander around the beautiful property, with a few friendly faces and feathers along the way. 🐴🦆

A little time for yourself, a change of scenery and a reminder of how much joy there is in life’s simple pleasures.

Hello, November. Here’s to more beautiful days like these. ☀️

What did you love before life got busy? 🤍

Between work, raising kids and keeping everyday life moving, it’s easy for the things we enjoy to slip into the background. We tell ourselves we’ll return to them when there’s more time.

Lately, I’ve been reconnecting with what nourishes my soul—nature walks, ocean swims, yoga and dancing. Time with friends and meeting new people along the way.

Some things we never stopped loving. We just stopped making time for them.

I’m making room again. Something small each day, or a little time each week, for what makes me smile. Our wellbeing deserves a place in the diary too. 🌿

What’s one thing you’d love to make room for again?

Save this as a reminder to make time for yourself, and follow along for nature, wellness and connection. 🤍

A little escape to Ischia… on a Perth walk 🤍

This seaside mural at Ischia on Claisebrook made me pause, take it in and imagine life along the Italian coast.

Brothers Sebi and Daniele Conte opened Ischia in 2016, naming the restaurant after their home island of Ischia in Italy’s Gulf of Naples. Their Italian food has since earned multiple awards.

A reminder to slow down and appreciate the creativity around us. Sometimes a familiar street has something lovely waiting to be noticed.

If we could bottle an afternoon, it would be this one. 🤍

A little throwback to my August birthday—a beautiful surprise from my daughter at The Prospect Project. Big Wick Energy, afternoon tea and snacks, and creating our own signature scents.

A little creativity, a few laughs and a memory bottled forever. Now every spray brings back a little of that day. ✨

She even tried to escape the camera at the end… almost got away with it. 😂🤍

Who would you love to share this experience with?

A sunny afternoon, a garden wander and time to catch up. 🌷

Catching the last of Araluen’s tulips in bloom, with roses, beautiful trees, ponds and fountains along the way.

A few extra steps too — between the gardens and the conversation, we forgot where we’d parked. 😂🤍

Follow along for nature, wellness, connection and everyday moments that make life richer.
