Fueled by ICHOR. 💧🏀🔥

The Lady Bruins hit the court for a skills session with ICHOR Hydration.

Getting shots up, putting in work, and staying fueled every step of the way.

Work. Hydrate. Recover. Repeat. 🐻💪

Thank you @ichorwater for keeping us hydrated while we keep getting better!

A NEW ERA BEGINS. 🐻🏀

Carolina University Women’s Basketball is proud to officially release the first-ever WBB Developmental Team schedule in program history!

Head Coach Hannah Latiolais stated, “We are extremely excited and proud to introduce our first developmental team. This is about creating more opportunities for young women to compete, develop, and be part of what we are building here at Carolina. These athletes are helping us make history, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch them represent our program this season.”

The foundation is being built. The future is bright. 💛🖤

Today, for King Chasing Day, our team had the opportunity to volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House and help prepare their Luminary Kits! 🕯️✨

These kits are part of a special tradition where luminaries are displayed to light up the community while raising awareness and support for families with children receiving medical care.❤️

We helped prepare over 2,000 sets of bags that will go into the luminary kits! 🙌

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support an organization that does so much for families in our community. ❤️

Thank you Caleb at RMHCPT for setting this up for us! If anyone is looking to help volunteer in the community, this is the place to find purpose 😊
