Vadim and Genia,

I am at a loss for words. You were my family. You coached me on the ice to a point that I could never have dreamed of, but more importantly lead me to become the person that I am today. I am so incredibly lucky to have spent so much time with you and wish we had gotten more. Everyday, you pushed me to be the best version of myself every single day, both on and off the ice. I will never forget the mornings that I spent with Vadim laughing or the lessons where Genia would tell me to smile for the entire hour. You taught me everything that I know about dedication, hard work, kindness, and caring. Thank you for everything you did for me, my life will not be the same without you. I will love and appreciate you always. Rest easy 🕊️

cleo- you don’t deserve this. we are all heartbroken more than words can describe. i miss you infinitely. your smile always lit up the rink. you were such a ray of sunshine all of the time. your happiness and outlook on life was contagious. everyone around you was always happy when you were there. you put everyone in a good mood every day. you taught me to always appreciate everything. i’ll never forget the times when you would laugh at the smallest things. you were able to see the beauty in everyone and everything. just seeing you at the rink would put me in a better mood. hanging out a club events with you was always so much fun. i cant believe i won’t be able to hang out with you at competitions anymore. you changed me into a much better version of myself. thank you for always being by my side when i needed you most. you were always the best. i can’t believe i have to be here without you. it still doesn’t seem real. we all went to see you. i hope you can see how much we care for you. you will always be in our hearts. hope you are having fun skating and playing field hockey in heaven. hopefully you get to hang out with lots of llamas. i miss you so much. i love you. forever and always. rest easy angel 💛💛💛 #sunshineforcleo by @carolinebrown13
