Meet Caroline — a force of nature in every sense of the word.

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness modeling industry, Caroline has built a career defined by grit, grace, and authenticity. A former D1 college swimmer, marathon runner, certified trainer and run coach, and powerhouse Orangetheory instructor, she embodies what it means to live and breathe movement.

Caroline joined Momentum because she believes in what we stand for- an agency that represents real athletes, celebrates confidence, and amplifies the voices of women who are strong, self-assured, and unapologetically themselves.

Every time my vegan mom comes to visit me in LA, we go in a mission to find the best plant based food in the city. So take notes and save this reel, because I'm about to reveal some of the best plant based dishes on the West Side. My mom and I did the work for you so you know exactly where to go and what to order for an incredible food experience everyone will be blown away by, vegan or not. Plant Based Snickers Bars 🍫

These only have 6 ingredients vs. 39 in traditional Snickers and IMO these taste so much better.

Base Layer
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch salt

Caramel Layer
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping & Coating
- Roasted nuts
- Melted Chocolate (I used @figafoods SO GOOD 🤤)
- salt

Directions
- Blend the base until smooth and creamy. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper and freeze until hard.
- Mix the caramel, pour it over the base, and freeze again.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Cut into bar shapes and cover them in melted chocolate. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Freeze one more time!

Notes ☝🏼
- Double the amounts if you want them very thick.
- The smaller your baking dish, the thicker they will be.
- The good salt is @maldonsalt it has the lowest heavy metal levels and it's flakey 🤤

5 years in LA today. 🌴

Packing up my car and driving to a magical land I'd only seen on tv was insane. I had no idea it would be the best thing I ever did. I had every intention of going back to Boston after a few months, but here we are 5 full freakin years later. Living in a beach apartment I'd day dreamed about in high school, watching California sunsets with my feet in the sand every night.

This wild ride has transformed me into an unrecognizable human, especially in the last year. It hasn't been easy, but I've found myself surrounded by a community of likeminded people where I feel genuinely loved and supported. But I had to go through so much heartbreak, betrayal, feelings of being lost, alone, all the things to get to this place.

Who knows if I'll be here forever, but for right now, I can't think of a place that makes me feel more like myself. And that's a place you should stay.

Thank you to everyone who has made Los Angeles feel like home. 🫶🏼

I flew all the way home from LA to Boston just to go to the James Taylor concert with my dad. Why would I go to such great lengths to attend a concert where I'm the only one under 50?

My dad used to sing JT to me (especially Carolina On My Mind 🎶) when I was a baby so it's our special thing. We've never seen him live, so when I saw he was in my home city I had to make it happen.

To everyone heading to the JT show in Atlanta tonight- enjoy! He sounds exactly the same and jumps around the stage even at 78 years old.
