POSTS STORIES REELS

There is no one more stressed than a corporate woman racing home from her last meeting wondering what’s for dinner.

You’ve spent all day solving problems.

Managing deadlines.

Leading teams.

Putting out fires.

And then at 5:00 p.m., your second shift begins.

The school pickup.

The sports practice.

The laundry.

The dinner that somehow needs to appear on the table despite the fact that you’ve barely had time to think all day.

I know this feeling because I lived it.

The frantic drive home.

The guilt of ordering takeout again.

The mental load of carrying both a career and a household.

One of the biggest reasons I chose consulting wasn’t because I wanted to stop working.

It was because I wanted more control over my day.

More flexibility.

More margin.

More time to actually enjoy dinner with my family instead of feeling rushed through it.

Because success shouldn’t mean feeling like you’re constantly running from one responsibility to the next.

And while consulting didn’t eliminate life’s demands, it gave me something I desperately needed:

Breathing room.

👇 If you’ve ever rushed home from work wondering how you’re going to get dinner on the table, comment DINNER below I’ll send you a video about how to save yourself!

Allow me to re/introduce myself⤵️

I’m Caroline 🤗!

I have 3 kids…
13 yr old 👧🏻 | Lucca
10 yr old 👧🏻 | Mia
8 yr old 👦🏻 | Leo

I love wearing red lipstick 💋to brighten my face (+ my day)!

💋I’m a SAHWM who left her energy-sucking Corporate career to build a Consulting practice where I swoop in to stabilize + strategize. I went from 16 hr days to 4 hr days and $250k!

💋My goal for the past 9 years has been to RE-DESIGN my career to prioritize the loves of my life - Lucca, Mia, Leo + Matt 🧔🏻‍♂️. #priorities

💋Now I coach moms on how to take the same life-changing leap!

Other ‘fun facts’:

💋 I love to workout. That’s right, I actually enjoy it!

💋 I love dating my husband + we love cocktails + good food!

💋I was 150 lbs in the 3rd grade…unfortunately, that’s not a typo! [I was still cute!]

💋 I got braces 😬 in 8th grade + lost 15 lbs of baby fat!

💋My first language was Arabic.

💋I was an American born abroad! Born in Cairo, Egypt 🇪🇬!

💋I came to the US when I was 6 and my parents enrolled me in kindergarten at our public school even though I didn’t speak a lick of English! That’s called old school language immersion program! So if you have mom guilt over your kiddos struggling or being teased - take it from me, it builds RESILIENCE + CHARACTER. It will make them better equip for this life.

💋If calories didn’t count, I would live off of wine + charcuterie!

Now it’s your turn. Do we have anything in common👇?

If your consulting offer sounds like a laundry list of everything you can do, you’re making it WAY too hard for someone to hire you.

Here’s what I want you to understand:

Your corporate experience is valuable. Your years of knowledge, skills, and expertise are what make you an incredible consultant.

But your potential clients aren’t buying your résumé. They’re buying a solution to a problem they desperately want solved.

Here’s how to fix it:

1. STOP trying to offer everything.

You don’t need 10 different services. Pick ONE problem you genuinely enjoy solving and build your offer around it.

2. GET ridiculously SPECIFIC.

Who do you help? What problem do you solve? What exactly will your client get when they hire you?

3. SELL the OUTCOME, not your time.

Don’t just sell 10 hours of your expertise. Sell the SOLUTION, transformation, or result your client is paying to achieve.

Remember: You don’t need to know how to do everything to become a successful consultant.

You need to become the go-to person for solving ONE problem really well.

That’s how you create an offer people understand, want, and are willing to pay premium prices for.

And that’s exactly where we start inside Corporate to Consultant.

Ready to turn your corporate experience into a consulting business? DM me CONSULTANT and let’s get started.

Stop pricing your services like you’re desperate for clients. Being the CHEAPEST option could be the very thing killing your sales.

Want to know one of the biggest mistakes women make when selling their consulting services?

They think charging LESS will make clients say YES.

But here’s the truth👇🏻

The goal isn’t to be the cheapest option. It’s to be the MOST VALUABLE option.

When you price yourself too low, you can accidentally signal that your expertise isn’t worth much.

And when you’re competing on price, there’s always someone willing to charge less than you.

So what should you do instead?

🔥 1. Stop selling your time. Sell the outcome you help your clients achieve.

🔥 2. Own your expertise. Your years of corporate experience are an asset. Stop treating them like they’re ordinary.

🔥 3. Make your offer worth the investment. Be specific about the problem you solve, the result you deliver, and why your client needs YOU.

🔥 4. Stop apologizing for your prices. The right clients aren’t just looking for the cheapest person. They’re looking for someone they can trust to solve their problem.

🔥 5. Position yourself as the premium option. You don’t need 50 clients paying you peanuts when a handful of great clients can build a profitable consulting business.

And ladies, THIS is why I want more women leaving corporate to start their own consulting businesses.

You already have the experience. You already have the skills.

It’s time to stop undercharging for them.

Your corporate experience could be worth thousands to the right client. Start pricing like you believe it.

👇 Comment PRICE if you’re ready to stop undercharging and start building your consulting business.

🎄 While everyone else is waiting for January 1st to start over, you could be building the business that gives you your freedom back.

Here’s why the holidays are actually the PERFECT time to start your consulting business. 👇

1️⃣ You have time to get clear on what you want.
Instead of jumping into another year of corporate burnout, use this time to figure out what services you could offer based on the experience you ALREADY have.

2️⃣ You can build your business before you need it.
You don’t have to quit your W-2 tomorrow. Start defining your offer, identifying your ideal clients, and building a plan while you still have your paycheck.

3️⃣ You can start the new year with a strategy instead of another resolution.

Imagine entering January knowing exactly what you’re selling, who you’re selling it to, and how you’re going to land your first high-ticket client.

4️⃣ You don’t need another certification.

You probably already have years of experience that businesses would pay you for. You need to learn how to package that experience into a consulting offer people actually want to buy.

5️⃣ You deserve to stop putting your life on hold.

Another year of missing moments with your kids, feeling exhausted on Sunday nights, and counting down to the weekend isn’t the only option.

You can build something of your own. Something that lets YOU decide what your work looks like, who you work with, and how you spend your time.

✨ You don’t have to wait until January to start creating a different future.

Your next chapter starts with the decision to do something differently.

Want to turn your corporate experience into a consulting business? Comment CONSULTANT👇🏻and let’s start talking about how you can turn the skills you already have into a business of your own.

NOPE! You don’t need another certification. You don’t need to go back to school. And you definitely don’t need to spend 6 months building a business before you make a 💵!

If you’re a woman in corporate dreaming about becoming a Consultant, start here:

1. 🛑STOP🛑 trying to learn more. START using what you already know.

Your years of corporate experience are valuable. Identify the problems you know how to solve and the businesses that would pay you to solve them. Are you good at negotiating deals? Are you good at database cleanup? Do you have a strategic mind?

2.🛑STOP🛑 trying to offer everything. PICK ONE service.

You don’t need 10 different services. Choose ONE specific offer that solves an expensive problem for a specific type of client. Make it easy for people to understand what you do and why they should hire you.

3.🛑STOP🛑hiding behind the scenes. START talking to potential clients.

You don’t need a perfect website or thousands of followers. You need conversations with the right people. Reach out to your network, tell them what you’re offering, and start building relationships with potential buyers.

Here’s the truth: You could spend another year preparing to leave corporate, or you could start building the business that gives you more control over your time, your income, and your life.

Your experience is already valuable. It’s time to learn how to sell it. ❤️

You can read every business book on the shelf, highlight every inspirational quote, and listen to every podcast about financial freedom…

But none of it matters if you never take action.

If you’re a corporate woman in your 40s who knows she’s meant for more, here’s your reminder: You don’t need another degree, another certification, or another 5-year plan to start consulting.

You already have years of experience solving problems, managing projects, improving processes, leading teams, or managing finances.

THAT is what companies will pay you for.

Instead of spending another year preparing to leave corporate, start turning the skills you already have into a consulting offer.

📚 Read the books. Learn the strategies. But most importantly, put your experience to work.

Because the goal isn’t to become an expert at dreaming about freedom.

It’s to build a consulting business that gives you the freedom to actually live your life.

What’s one skill you could turn into a consulting offer? Share it in the comments👇🏻 or send me a message.

POV: You’ve spent all day running your business AND your errands, sitting in carline, and chauffeuring your kids around… and now it’s time for THEM to get their steps in. 😂

Because apparently, these kids have enough energy to power an entire city, and mama is DONE being the transportation department for the day. 😂

Fresh air? Exercise? Sibling bonding? A little walk home? Sounds like a win-win to me.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your kids is let them burn off some energy while you enjoy 5 minutes of peace in the car. 🙌🏼

Moms, I know you hear me! What’s your fav super simple momhack to get a few minutes of peace🧘‍♀️?!

The habits keeping you comfortable in corporate might be the same habits keeping you STUCK.

You say you want more freedom. More time with your kids. More control over your schedule. More money without sacrificing your entire life to earn it.

But are your daily habits actually getting you closer to that life?

Or are you spending every day building someone else’s dream while putting yours on the back burner?

🔥 You don’t build a different life by repeating the same routines that got you here.

Start building your consulting business before you’re desperate to leave your W-2.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You need a plan, consistent action, and the willingness to bet on yourself.

Your future isn’t built by what you say you want. It’s built by what you do every day.

Let’s talk about what nobody tells you about working for yourself. 👇🏼

If you’ve spent years climbing the corporate ladder, hitting your numbers, and sacrificing your time for a paycheck, you might be overlooking a better way to use the experience you already have.

If your STUCK on the corporate ladder, here are 3 BIG things you should be having major FOMO over:

1️⃣ MORE CONTROL OVER YOUR TIME. ⏰

You have more say over your schedule, the clients you work with, and when you work. Imagine building your work around your LIFE instead of squeezing your life into your work schedule.

2️⃣ MORE CONTROL OVER YOUR INCOME. 💰

As an employee, your salary is usually set by someone else. As an independent contractor, you can set your rates, package your expertise, and charge for the VALUE you deliver instead of just trading hours for a paycheck.

3️⃣ YOU OWN YOUR CAREER. 👑

You’re no longer relying on one employer to determine your next promotion, raise, or career opportunity. You can build your own client base, strengthen your reputation, and create a business that grows with you.

And here’s the part I really want you to understand…

You don’t necessarily need another degree, another certification, or another 10 years climbing the corporate ladder.

The opportunity is learning how to turn those skills into a consulting business.

DM me “CONSULTANT” if you’re ready to explore how to turn your corporate experience into your own consulting business.
