Two weeks ago I was making my way home early from Europe so I could head to Chicago to be with my sister after receiving the difficult news that her sweet Lucy was diagnosed with cancer. Hannah had spotted a lump on Lucy that was growing alarmingly fast. Little did I know I would return home to also discover a fast growing lump in the same place on Louie. We were gutted to find out it’s also an aggressive cancer.

Two totally different breeds, a year apart in age with different diets & environments. Seemingly no common denominator but almost identical situations, one week apart.

Lucy girl started her radiation treatment this week and we’re hoping to learn more about what we can do for little Lou on Thursday. Will take any and all words of encouragement & positive thoughts for a full recovery for both of them. Give your furry babies the biggest piggy smoochie 🤎 by @carolinecliff
