🔥🔥CHANT🔥🔥🔥 This piece was cooked up in my apartment during the NYC August heatwave of 2026 (if ykyk) I had the absolute privilege of snagging @_emmacasertano in between her crazy tour life for some studio and filming time, and couldn’t have had a better time!! After my first three Capture the Combo classes (where I met Emma), I sent out a google form to all the dancers asking what they wanted more of in the future. Emma’s response included mentions of some grounded choreo, a Hamilton or a Hadestown vibe. So when we got studio time on the calendar…I knew what had to be done! From knowing Emma as a person and as a performer, I knew not only what physical power she has as a dancer, but how expressive and unique she is. I really wanted to play with character in her combo, thus creating a piece where Emma embodies four different characters. Her storytelling through movement and expressiveness is unparalleled. Hope yall enjoy watching her star power as much as I do!!
